This detached reverse level cottage is situated on a former farmstead on the edge of the Devon riverside village of Newton Ferrers and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Parsonage Farm Cottage is a detached reverse level cottage on a 16th century former farmstead on the outskirts of the Devon riverside village of Newton Ferrers. The cottage sleeps four people in two downstairs bedrooms, a double and a twin with a family shower room. On the first floor is an open plan living space with seating area, dining area and handcrafted kitchen. Outside is a private enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue and a shared lawn, as well as parking for three cars. Parsonage Farm Cottage is a neat base in lovely scenery for a relaxing holiday in Devon.
Amenities: Central heating. Microwave, fridge, shared tumble dryer, shared washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.
