The magnificent view of Gran Vía will allow you to have an unforgettable experience in the city.
This spacious and luxurious 140m² apartment has been recently decorated and fully equipped, ideal for accommodating up to 9 people with all the necessary equipment and comfort.
It has 3 very spacious bedrooms, all rooms with single beds, the main room has 2 single beds together. The Purple room has 3 single beds. The Blue room has 3-4 single beds, they are made depending on the number of people in the indicated reservation.
This central apartment is located on Gran Vía, next to Plaza de la Universidad and just 5 minutes walk from the city center: Plaza de Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia and the picturesque Ramblas.

Great Apartment, Great Location!

Our family of 7 stayed in this apartment and found it to be clean, well decorated, spacious, with a great location just a couple minutes from the metro. We found it was quiet at night, and in easy walking distance from many many restaurants, a grocery store and everything we needed. I would highly recommend it for larger families and groups visiting Barcelona!

Great central spot

This apartment was more than enough space for our five adult family. We really loved being able to explore the city from this point. We walked all over with no problems. We discovered some great walkable neighborhoods with restaurants for dinner nearby. We loved opening up the windows on the front porch and enjoying the local atmosphere. If you enjoy walking, this is an awesome location because you’re away from the main touristy areas that can easily access them.

Beautiful place in the heart of Barcelona

Stayed 3 days. Wish we could have stayed longer. Michaela was extremely communicative, helped us with our bags & gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. The rooms were large and well appointed. The front room is even better than the pictures online suggest. Perfect for reading, napping & people watching. I would definitely stay here again.

In the Heart of the City

The apartment is very clean and as described online. It is stocked with the basics, enough for a few days. It is within walking distance to La Rambla and restaurants, farmacias, bars. We had an amazing brunch across the street and dinner at a cheesarium very nearby.. both very good. We enjoyed a cool breeze through the windows of this corner apartment. Very easy check in process. Would stay here again.

Great location, awesome apartment

We just completed our stay here with 9 adults - my parents, their 4 adult children (and 3 spouses). What a great spot to stay in! The living room and kitchen are large enough we could all comfortably hang out in it during the mornings and evenings. Additionally, the front "sun room" overlooking the street was a great spot to drink coffee. We appreciated the good air conditioning after long days in the Barcelona heat, and the washing machine helped keep our clothes fresh at the end of our vacation. The location is very close to metro stations and bus stops, and we found Barcelona's public transit easy to use. Overall, we would stay here again!

Great location and property - some minor upgrades would go a long way

The property, location and host were all terrific. Our adventure started when I accidentally gave the wrong arrival time (for taxi pickup) to Toni. But he responded very quickly and rearranged the pickup on very short notice. The check in was a breeze and the location was truly terrific. You could not get more central than this location. It was super convenient and very safe for everything. One thing worth knowing - if you are a light sleeper bring some earplugs. The bar downstairs remains open until 2 am - which is normal for Barcelona. The windows insulate the sound well - but people can get loud esp as holidays arrive. I slept well with the earplugs starting my second night. One upgrade that will go a long way - putting some bathroom hooks to hang towels and putting a shower caddy to be able to have the soap/shampoo right in the shower. All in all, a terrific property all around and we would stay there again!
