The fridge even has two icemakers to make sure you'll have plenty of ice for some cold summer drinks on the two balconies, especially on the brand new wicker furniture on the upstairs deck, where you can relax while looking at Sanibel's peaceful pond. Four spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large kitchen, dining room with seating for 8, bright living room, laundry room, and two decks give you plenty of space for the whole family. In a quiet but active private community, you have access to three separate swimming pools, walking paths, and two tennis courts. Two charcoal grills and picnic tables were installed in 2022, ready for you to grill your favorite meats and veggies (charcoal not included). Two new king beds, one comfortable queen bed, two memory foam twins, and a memory foam pullout sofa easily and spaciously sleep 9 people in sound and light separated spaces.

Five large LED TVs with cable (and streaming on all TVs), including a 75" in the living room, and 300+ Mbps WiFi (with a brand new WiFi-6 mesh router for high speed access in every bedroom) internet keep you connected, if you don't want to totally disconnect while at the beach. BluRay players, streaming apps, and comfortable couches make for a great movie night.

The modern kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchen tools, pots, pans, and knives that you could want. Use premium Henckels Twin knives to prepare a delicious dinner for the whole crew. Utensils for twelve and dishes for sixteen allow you to eat gourmet meals together every day.

Encompassing two floors, this penthouse condo provides access by elevator to the main floor, with one of the four bedrooms on that level. Perfect for those with limited mobility or those who prefer not to use stairs. The downstairs bedroom has a 28" wide door frame with a 26" wide door to the bathroom.

Two decks provide an amazing outdoor space, both with clear views overlooking the beautiful Sanibel pond. The lower, main floor screened deck has a table and chairs to enjoy meals, drinks, and chats overlooking the pond. The upstairs deck has comfortable padded wicker furniture to relax in the sun.

To the beach or downtown Rehoboth: 8 minute bike ride, 20 minute walk or $8 uber. Right next to Jungle Gym's Water Park for a fun day in the sun.

Your summer rental comes with a free Rehoboth Beach parking pass to drive and park right by the beach.

No smoking. No pets. Sunday to Sunday rental from mid-June through Labor Day. Memorial Day weekend requires 7 night rental.

We've instructed our cleaning team to follow the CDC's guidelines - including disinfecting all major touch surfaces (door handles, appliance pulls, faucets, etc.) and use EPA approved disinfectants for use against SARS-CoV-2. We want you to feel safe and comfortable, while you enjoy the vacation you deserve.
