It has character and charm with oak beams and old stripped pine.The original gantry adds to its charm, although now only used as a fire escape. The cottage is ideally located for visiting numerous National Trust Properties and Gardens or for a trip to Tenterden with its steam railway. Bodium, Dover and Leeds castles and the ancient town of Rye, as well as the cathedral city of Canterbury are easily visited from this location. Numerous tracks and footpaths offer visitors the opportunity to explore the area on foot or by bicycle. The Woodchurch Rare Breeds Centre is situated on the outskirts of Woodchurch. 'Shop till you drop' at the designer factory outlet at Ashford.
On the ground floor there is well equipped kitchen/diner and a large comfortable lounge. From the kitchen/diner a staircase leads to the first floor where the large double bedroom and the second small bedroom (see photos for second bedroom options) have outstanding views across open countryside. The two small single beds in the second bedroom are designed to fit together to make a king-size bed. There is plenty of hot water to allow for a long soak in the bath or a refreshing shower following a hard day's sightseeing. There is ample parking . The Stable Cottage can
