About this property

New on HomeAway! Villa with 400m to beach

A villa for rent in a compound located about 400 meters from the beach. The
Sleeps 6-8 people. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with LCD TV, AC, kitchen with complete kitchen equipment such as stove, kettle, washing machine. The villa has one
the terrace with its own garden. 24 hour security in the area. Close to
restaurants, nightclubs and bar and cafes. The compound is 15 minutes away
the airport by car. The villa is only rented on a weekly 30% discount when renting for a month or longer. We speak Swedish, Russian, English, Czech, and Arabic. There is a cost of 10 euros to pick you up from the airport (not compulsory), checkout cleaning 23 euros, and the cost of electricity & water consumption during your stay. A 50 euro key guarantee is paid which you will then receive back at the end of your stay with us. All this must be paid on site to the agency.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
