The apartment SOSTA SUL LAGO is located in Lezzeno, overlooking the splendid panorama of Lake Como, a few kilometers from Bellagio.
Composed of 2 large rooms plus 1 small room with a single bed, two large bathrooms, the living room with sofas, TV, equipped kitchen hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster.

The listing does not adequately show how wonderful this apartment is. Large, bright, and amazing views. Well located near the Ferry. Property owner lives upstairs and is very helpful.

Incredible Views

Our stay was fabulous. The apartment is in a great location, 10 minute drive to Bellagio where you can pick up ferry service. Parking on site is a definite asset. Great restaurants and amenities in Lezzeno (10 minute walk).

Wonderful apartment. Exceptionally clean. Modern and in excellent condition. The view from the kitchen, main bedroom, and living room are breathtaking. The host is so attentive and wonderful. Located within walking distance of the ferry, markets, and a few restaurants. Also very close to a great place to rent boats.

Best place on Como

Amazing location, in a small town that has a ferry and bus stop nearby. Perfect view, our personal favorite on the lake and it was right outside our door. The host was super responsive and gave us tips on how to get around, provided some snacks and water as well. Great price, had a super nice bunk room as well making it perfect for a group of friends. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

Very pleasant stay… even in the rainy weather

We had a wonderful three days/nights here. Our host was very helpful and provided lots of information. Each day brought a different ‘feel’. This location gave us a chance to walk to local stores and gather items to use in the apartment for a cozy meals. The ferry dock is close so we spent the next day touring. There are great restaurants just steps away. The apartment’s view is amazing!! Although it is a drive from the train station or Milan airport, it was definitely worth it.

Quiet roomy apartment with great views

My family of 8 stayed in this clean and modern apartment. The views from the deck and windows were stunning. Access to the public ferry was less than a10 minute walk. There are enough cafe, pizza, restaurants and small minimart (4 min walk) all within 10 to 15 min walk. There is a store about a14 min walk to the right. The fresh bread,pasteries, foccacia , local cheeses and cold cuts etc were amazing. The host of the apartment Giusy was extremely attentive! She emailed or Whats App responses promptly. Giusy was very helpful with answering our questions. We had a lovely time in Lezzanno!

Beautiful place

Our family enjoyed a great visit to Lake Como. The VRBO was comfortable and well furnished. The host was kind very available. She helped us understand the grocery store hours over the weekend and location. There were great restaurant recommendations. Also helped explain the ferry schedule. We had a great visit!

Great location, clean smart flat

It was lovely to wake up to the stunning views each morning. A great place to explore the lake from. Easy bus travel and a pleasant little beach nearby to take a dip into the lake. Flat was cool despite the heat and we found Lezzeno just as interesting as Bellagio.

Beautiful view

The apartment is wonderful, clean, modern and oh the view! Parking is easy and that is saying something for this area. The only downside is there are not very many restaurants to chose from nearby and if you need groceries shop before you come.

Very Nice Lakeside Flat

Really nice flat…just as advertised. Very close to water taxi to Belaggio and other locations around Lake Como. Close to hiking trails. Very nice host.

Un appartement récent dans une habitation avec plusieurs locations à chaque étage

Propriétaire à fait des efforts suite à nos plaintes pour cause de travaux dès 7h30. Mériterait une terrasse pour pouvoir être dehors et vraiment profiter pleinement de l'exposition. Une chambre sans fenêtre et présentant des soucis d'humidité et d'aération avec la sdb à proximité. Belle région et emplacement !!!

Gorgeous views.

Excellent property. Some sweets,/ eggs/sausage left by owner. Yummy. Parking is interesting with a larger car but definitely safe. Easy walk to Helvetia Restaurant with fantastic pizza. Filario for a more upscale meal. Easy walk to the dock for visiting Revenna, Bellagio etc. No disappointment here.

We loved the location and View

We were extremely happy with the location, view and accommodations! If you wanted to catch the ferry it was only a short walk as well as the grocery market. It was nice to have a washer and we took advantage of that. Loved the city of Lezzeno! Wish we could have stayed longer! Will certainly recommend to friends!

Loving Lezzeno

We spent a week at Francescao's apartment which wad our 1st ever visit to Lake Como. It left a lasting impression. The views from this apartment are amazing! Something we'll never forget. We were 2 couples and the apartment was more than roomy allowing each of us our own large bedroom and individual bathrooms. But the wow factor is the views. The apartment is very close to where you catch the boat ferry to get you around the lake. There was also a gated area where we each were able to park our vehicles while there. This place is a bargain for a place to stay while visiting Lake Como and we look forward to going back!

Thank goodness for the a/c it was worth every euro! The views of the lake were spectacular. The buses and ferries were a great way to get around with stops close by even though we had a car. A good place for a holiday.

Beautiful views

The apartment is just as described with beautiful views, walking distance to a couple of markets and restaurants as well as lake access. We arrived during a heat wave and paid extra for the AC, which was nice and cold. Guisy was very responsive, everything was nice and clean and there was a large parking area, which was very helpful with a large van. I would recommend this apartment.

Beautiful and spacious with an incredible view

We really enjoyed our stay. We are a family of 5 and had more then enough space for all of us. This is a well maintained and clean home. We rented a car in Como and drove (37 min drive) because we wanted a very flexible schedule. There is a fairly large private parking lot so parking was very easy. Giusy (owner) lives upstairs and was easy to get in touch with via “Whats App” text messaging app. Bellagio is a 10 minute drive. Giusy is a very nice host that ensured our visit was a good one.

Amazing location!

The only reason I marked 4 stars instead of 5 stars for cleanliness is that the kitchen had a bad odor from the dishwasher and the sink drain as well as a really disgusting kitchen sponge. I’m only mentioning this so that more care will be taken going forward Guisy, the property contact was very pleasant and helpful. She was receptive to all requests. The apartment has an incredible view of the lake and is close to the ferries, restaurants and a market. I would recommend this property.

Enchantés du séjour !

Nous étions 2 couples d'amis pour un court séjour. Le site correspondait tout à fait à notre attente avec large vue sur le lac de Côme, et dont nous ne nous lassions pas. Nous avons été reçus très aimablement, et notre hôtesse , par sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité , nous a facilité le séjour. Je l'en remercie . Je recommande absolument cette location bien située dans un cadre superbe et un excellent accueil.
