This was a very different experience. I've stayed in MANY vrbo properties and none had as involved a check-in process. The host states their requirements are required by law, but our four other locations did not require this detail. Traveling all day from our prior location made this process arduous having sketchy WIFI and battery issues. The description mentions stairs (70?), paths and walkways, but isn't clear they are all 'down' to get in/up to get out. The location is between Como and Bellagio, and costs 180 private ride (every bus too overloaded to get on). Our pre-booked 6:00am ride back to Como at end of our stay never showed, I'm guessing because of how remote it is. Fortunately, the bus showed up in time to still catch our train, Total luck. Be aware the busses are often packed, standing room only. Conveniences in the immediate area are adequate, they are limited. 2 restaurants in walking distance were very good. The house is nice, modern and clean space, in a beautiful location, great views and lovely outdoor area. But the inside furnishings were sparse with one small, uncomfortable sofa (a pull-out bed), and the cushion would slip off when someone moved; a small chair in a corner, doesn't face the TV; only 2 barstools at the kitchen bar. The inside is simply not welcoming or comfortable. The listing should include greater detail re: location, immediate conveniences, restaurants and how to get around w/out a car. We'd recommend a car for this location.
