House Rita Lake Maggiore, Ispra

The house will be entirely for your exclusive use and is on one floor where we find a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a microwave oven, a double bedroom with a large wardrobe with mirror, bedside tables, chest of drawers and TV; a second bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables, TV and sofa; a large bathroom with floor shower and a reading area. In a separate area we also find the laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board with space to be used as a storage room for bikes or sports equipment. Outside there is a courtyard where you can eat outside or enjoy moments of relaxation and a covered area that you can use as a parking space for your car.
The whole house is equipped with mosquito nets and ventilation.

La maison est très propre et fonctionnelle. Elle dispose de peu de pièces mais celles-ci sont spacieuses. Elle conserve une relative fraîcheur si l'on prend soin de fermer les volets aux heures ensoleillées pendant la canicule. La terrasse reste ombragée toute la journée et on peut profiter du chant des oiseaux et de soirées au calme même s'il faut penser à se protéger des moustiques.On peut y garer sa voiture même si la manœuvre demande une certaine dextérité. Elle y est en sécurité grâce au portail fermant à clé. Le supermarché le plus proche est à 800 m et l'on y trouve tout le nécessaire y compris boucherie et poissonnerie traditionnelles, mais aussi un choix incroyable de fruits et légumes de qualité.Le centre, ses commerces et l'église San Martino sont à 10 mn à pied. N'hésitez pas à tester la "Pasticceria San Gabriele".L'embarcadère pour Stresa et les îles Borromées est aussi à 10 mn à pied. Ce qui nous a permis de passer une journée de bateau et de découvertes sans utiliser la voiture.Depuis l'embarcadère, un chemin permet aussi une belle balade tranquille au bord du lac Majeur.La maison est un point de départ idéal pour de nombreuses destinations. Il faut absolument visiter l'ermitage Santa Caterina del Sasso (à 15mn en voiture vers le Nord).Pour l'ambiance, les restaurants, les terrasses, et les "gelati", certains villages bordant le lac valent le détour : entre autres Laveno, Luino, Angera, Arona ...

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super und sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ihre Tipps waren sehr hilfreich.Tolle Pizzeria und Eisdiele in der Nähe. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung weiter.

La casa Rita est située sur la rive du lac la plus sauvage. Plage à 5mn et facilité pour se garer. Ville trèe vivante avec toutes les commodités. Les conseils de Simona sont très avisés; nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und behilflich. Die Unterkunft ist genauso beschrieben wie in der Anzeige. Alles ist sauber gewesen. In der Nähe gibt es einen großen Supermarkt. Der Weg zum See zu Fuß dauert ca. 5-10 Minuten. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Alles da, was man braucht.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Fenster waren alle mit Fliegengitter versehen, das Auto hat locker in den Hof gepasst, bis zum See sind es ca.5 Min. Fußmarsch, bis zum Supermarkt sind es ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß. Gerne kommen wir hier wieder her.

Einfach super

Wie im Internet beschrieben

Die Wohnung war wie im Inserat beschrieben, sie war sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und falls es Fragen an sie gab, hat sie stets schnell geantwortet. Als besonders angenehm empfand ich den Deckenventilator im Schlafzimmer. Weiterer positiver Aspekt ist, dass der Fußweg zum Strand nur in etwa 5 Minuten beträgt. Alles in allem eine schöne und wie gesagt sehr saubere Wohnung, die ich gerne weiter empfehlen kann.

Erholsamer Urlaub am Lago Maggiore

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Casa Rita. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern ausgestattet und bietet gute Erholung in ruhiger Lage. Eine große Terasse bietet Stellplatz für PKW und zusätzlich genügend Platz um unter der großen Überdachung schöne Sommertage im Freien zu geniessen. Jederzeit wieder.

Entspannung - Ruhe - Italien

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden und sehr gepflegt. Auch ohne Klimaanlage war die Wohnung angenehm kühl und die Nächte erholsam. Die Lage lädt zum einen ein, Ispra und die Umgebung zu Fuss zu erkunden. Zum Baden hat der Lago Di Monate (Tipp unserer Gastgeber) eingeladen, der in 5 Autominuten erreichbar ist. Aber auch der Lido in Ispra ist natürlich sehr nah. Abends ist es ruhig, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben uns gute Tipps gegeben um direkt zu starten. Grazie mille.

Tolle kleine Ferienwohnung

Das FeWo Casa Rita ist eine kleine aber modernes Fewo. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt zu dritt und man hätte hier auch locker zu viert Platz gefunden. Im Innenhof des Apartments ist Platz um ein Auto abzustellen und dieser ist mit einem Tor verschließbar. Um an den See zu gelangen sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Liegefläche ist zwar aus Sand, aber ich würde trozdem ein paar Badeschuhe empfehlen. In der direkten Umgebung der Fewo sind diverse Einkaufsläden und Restaurants. Sauber, neu und schön eingerichtet. Sehr sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Die Stadt Ispra hat kaum Bürgersteige und ist mit Kleinkindern etwas anstrengend, daher keine volle Punktzahl für die Umgebung. Sonst alles super!
