The condo was very clean, The building is older, but the finishes in the unit are newer and welcoming. The beach view was great, we could see the rocket launches from our room. Would stay again.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was decorated so cute with beach theme. Kitchen had everything we needed. Fridge looked to be new. I appreciated that this place slept 6. They even had beach chairs, umbrella and toys. Overall a nice place to stay

Great Location

We could see the Rocket Launch from our room. It was an awesome view of the launch. It is a great location for exploring the area, beaches, the Brevard Zoo, Kennedy Space Center and shopping.

Nice beach Property

This one would be a great room to watch a Shuttle Launch. Good clean room with a nice walk in shower, in case you have some mobility issues.

Great time in cocoa beach

We had a wonderful stay in cocoa beach. The condo was steps away from the beach. Everything was nearby. (Stores, Ron Jon surf store, restaurants). The condo was very clean. Would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Great view from the top floor. Would have been perfect view of SpaceX launch if it actually went off when originally planned. Perfect location to walk downstairs to the beach. Pool was a plus! Perfect for a family of 5 - not fancy but very comfortable. Don't forget to bring detergent, soap, shampoo. None provided as mentioned.

The place was much bigger than expected. The door opened at 4pm as said. Went to the publix about 1 mile away and bought 200 worth of food for the week. Left a lot of it on the counter as it was packaged. Woke up the next day to everything covered in ants and had to toss it all out. The kitchen table (which had no food on it) was also covered in ants. Contacted the management company and they said the would go and spray the next day. Not sure if they did as we still saw some ants the entire stay. The view of the ocean can only be seen by crowing on one side of the balcony so having 3 of us was annoying as you couldnt fit 3 chairs facing that direction. They dont mention major construction is going on next door so if your trying to sleep past 6am, forget it. And the major issue was the toliets dont flush. They have signs that say hold the handle but majority of the time that only worked on one toliet. The other one we couldnt use at all. Would not stay there again, unless it was only a one night deal.

Welcome! 2019 will be our 15th year that My wife Patti and I have been renting all of our Vacation Homes! It all started when we thought that Condos and Hotels were TOO EXPENSIVE for families to enjoy, so we wanted to do something about it. We bought our first Condo, set the prices low (we were not trying to make a killing) and people loved it as a concept. Well, it grew from there. Now we own, manage, and rent our many vacation homes, renting to over 2,500 Happy Guest families just like you every year at two great Florida locations: Cocoa Beach, and right outside the Main Gate at Walt Disney World! It keeps us very busy and we love it. The best part is helping our guests have a fabulous stay while in Florida without charging them an arm and a leg as they say. We want you to have a fantastic time in any of our wonderful and Gorgeous Vacation Homes.

About us: We grew up in the Midwest - Columbus Ohio, and Naperville, Illinois. We made the move down to Sunny Orlando to be closer to (and manage) our Vacation Homes. We live here now, running all of our properties from right here locally, it is a family business. We pride ourselves (since we live local), on taking great care of our vacation homes, and doing the same for our guests. We are your guaranteed source for area information!
