Town home, 2 Bedroom + Other (See Description), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

This townhome villa is part of Pleasure Isle Villas Complex with 34 units.

This property has brick sidewalks in the common areas to connect to all the activities within the complex -Crystal blue pool, tennis courts, and a Board Walkway to deeded access to beach.

To access the beach, walk out of unit and follow brick sidewalk to Beach Road on South Side of Complex and cross the 2 lane Beach Road onto Pleasure Isle Villa's Board Walk taking you directly to the Beach and Gulf.

The Lagoon is on the North side of the unit. The neighborhood is extremely safe and great for walking, bicycling, or jogging around. You are minutes from all the activities. We are on an Island and that makes everything compact.

This unit has been completely remodeled with new furniture and decor and also, freshly painted. You will get a good night's rest on the King Master bed and be ready to participate in some of all the activities you have to choose from.

In the 2nd bedroom, there is a bunk bed with a double bed on bottom and a single bed on top. There is another single bed in this room, also. This gives you plenty of beds.

Also, there is a large sleeper sofa and a love seat in the Living Area downstairs, there is a bathroom with a shower downstairs that is convenient for anyone sleeping on the sleeper sofa. The Master bath has a shower and tub combination. The 2nd bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and dressing table area.

We really enjoyed your beautiful beach house. The pool next door was very convenient. And just a short stroll to the beach!! Your restaurant recommendations came in handy. We would also recommend Doc's Seafood & LuLu's! Must see the alligator Alley personal tour at night. Your home is quiet and relaxing with very little disturbances. We will take back many memories back home with us to Ohio!

Great family vacation

We absolutely loved staying here! The three balconies and spacious bedrooms were amazing! There are locals living and tourists staying in the complex so if you're looking for a great deal and some great pointers on where to eat, this is wonderful place. All ages

The trek to the beach is a little long but you have to work off all that great seafood and drinks somehow!

Alicia, the renter, was so helpful and enthusiastic getting us here as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Nice place

This was not where we paid to stay (the owners surprised the manager and stayed when we had booked and paid..) But the management was so helpful! She gave us this place, which was more than we expected! We had 8 people, and it was so spacious and comfortable. The kitchen provided us with all the materials we needed, and there were enough trash bags to last us the whole week too! We were expecting it to be a little closer to the beach itself, but it still isn't very far. Be careful when walking though! The sand right in front of the property gets very hot!!

This is a great place, and you will not be sorry!
