This charming duplex offers southern comfort at its finest in gulf shores. Private beach access with private boardwalk just a 2 min walk from the duplex and communal pool offer the perfect opportunity for a relaxing vacation. Our duplex has a private community atmosphere while still offering the best of gulf shores. There is a restaurant, seafood market, ice cream shop, and convenience store within walking distance.

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of kitchen ware for a home cooked meal. The living room offers a large deck to enjoy and sip coffee or sweet tea on. Master bedroom has king sized bed, other 2 bedrooms have queen sized beds. A covered parking pad leads out to a deck with patio table and chairs. Unit also has washer and dryer.

The property was amazing. Very clean and Alicia is an amazing host. I left a necklace there after my departure and she was able to recover and mail it back to me, which she of course was not responsible for, but did anyway! Thank you so much!!

Perfect for our family vacation

This property was better in person than described. Although originally I thought we rented the entire house, I went back and reread and learned it was a duplex. We were right across the street from the beach which wasn’t a big deal at all. The pool was a lot 100 ft from our door. Fully stocked kitchen and very clean! We had a total of 7 guests and it got our need perfectly. I would rent this property again.

Comfy and Homey

We have come to gulf shores now several times and this townhome has been the best so far. The house was so clean and comfy. Even my kids noted how clean it felt. Sitting out on the decks was our favorite part in the late afternoons once we got back from the beach. Hubby had to work while there and WiFi worked well for him. We loved the location close enough to food and shops, but you didn’t feel like you were too close to all the crowds in for spring break. The walk to the beach is less than two minutes, you do have to cross a major rode to get to it but the private path once you get across is so nice to have. So we felt good to go back and forth from the beach to eat and go to the bathroom. House seemed to have anything we needed there, and if we needed something we always got a quick response. Check in and check out was seamless. We defiantly will want to stay here again!!
