Esta encantadora y acogedora casa totalmente reformada se encuentra a pocos minutos de la plaza principal. Ofrece un bonito y luminoso salón, una cocina totalmente equipada y un aseo de invitados en la planta baja. La primera planta tiene un baño con ducha, 2 dormitorios conectados, ideal para padres con niños pequeños. Esta habitación está abierta a las escaleras que conducen a la segunda planta, donde se encuentra la habitación nº 3. Esta habitación tiene unas vistas muy bonitas y una cama doble. Esta habitación comparte el baño de la 1ª planta. En el exterior, al otro lado del camino, hay una gran zona de porche, perfecta para disfrutar de agradables comidas, tanto de día como de noche. La terraza de buen tamaño y el jardín con la refrescante piscina invitan a pasar horas al aire libre. También hay un lavadero y un baño completo con ducha. Posibilidades de aparcamiento cerca de la casa, en la calle.

The pictures really do not do this place justice. It's even better in real life. It was so beautiful when we arrived. The fruit trees, flowers, mountain views were all stunning. The inside has been updated very nicely while still keeping the charm. It's a quick walk into the middle of town. We would stay again without a doubt. The pool was a great bonus. The only thing I would change & I saw others comment about this. The bed in the back bedroom and the upstairs bed are SO squeaky. My husband and i had horrible sleeps because every move we made woke the other person up. For a rental of this caliber, they really need to change out those 2 beds.That is the only fault we could find.

The location is perfect for exploring Soller on foot and the outdoor living space was where we spent most if our time. The pool, garden, outdoor kitchen and bathroom were ideal for lazy pool days. The description of the parking in the brochure suggests that the parking is still free, which it isnt. We used the car park very close to the property towards the end of the day and overnight to keep cost to a minimum. The payment for the parking is in cash or via the app and applies all day. The check in process with the key safe is straightforward, although we weren’t completely clear if we were able to park inside the gates or not. The lane is very small but our car was tiny and so would have fitted. We didn't park there as the car park was so close and we didn’t want to disturb the neighbours. The house is really well equipped with plenty of crockery and serving dishes although we spent most of our time outside by the pool. As there were only 2 of us the bedrooms were fine but be sure to understand how they are situated as one is off one of the bedrooms and the other one has stairs which lead off from the bedroom. Its clearly shown on the photos but may not work for everyone. Great stay. Thank you

Lovely Home in Soller

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house and the location couldn’t have been better! The pool and outside area were where we spent most of our time, such a magical space. We stayed with our parents so the sleeping arrangement was a bit awkward as we had to walk through their room to the bathroom. We tried using the upstairs bedroom but unfortunately with the fan it was still too hot and we both fell into the middle of the bed with the mattress so I would suggest a new mattress in that room! But that didn’t stop us from enjoying all the house had to offer. The downstairs and outside areas were perfect. The property manager was great, very responsive and flexible! It was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our week in Soller! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The house has a perfect garden area and pool and is so quiet considering how close it is to the town centre. We loved our stay and would definitely want to book again at some point in the future. It is great place to relax and unwind with everything we needed.

Tolles Haus in Soller

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten in Laufentfernung zum Zentrum von Soller.Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, besonders zu erwähnen ist der super einfach zu bedienende Pellet Ofen der im kühlen Frühjahr für angenehme Wärme im Wohnzimmer sorgt.Vielen Dank in die Vermieter für die netten Orangen, so gab es leckeren frisch gepressten Orangensaft.Wandern kann man direkt vom Haus aus, auch die Bushaltestelle ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt keinen direkten Verkehr am Haus, auch der Zugang zum Garten mit Pool und großer Veranda, über den Zufahrtsweg zum Nachbarhaus ist unproblematisch. Einzig die Umgehungsstraße von Soller ist im Hintergrund zu hören.Der Gartenbereich mit zweiter Dusche, Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen ist sehr angenehm.

Lovely Soller

The property is just 10min walk from Soller town centre. The property is lovely. As mentioned before there is a very squeaky bed that truly wakes you up if you need to move in bed! The property is beautifully furnished. The bathrooms/showers are great. The garden and pool is gorgeous. And the views from the garden are just amazing.

Beautiful garden and comfortable house on the edge of a popular town.

We really enjoyed this quirky property in Sollar where you don’t need to have a car. The garden and pool area are stunning and this is where we spent most of our time. Property was well equipped with some generous inclusions in the price. Owner Virginia was responsive to queries. Good for larger families but not young children.

A lovely place for a great holiday

We had a lovely stay at this house in Soller. The interior of the house is very traditional with a mix of older furniture but all in good order, if not a little squeaky! The star of the rental is the outside area, the pool is small but perfectly fine for a small family group and the outside seating area is perfect for sitting out and also for eating your meals, we ate outside every day and the small kitchen area with the outside fridge, plus the outside shower room means you don't have to go inside at all for hours at a time if you don't want to. The property is a short walk from Soller Centre, with a supermarket even closer, so everything you need is almost right on the doorstep. The bus stop for Port de Soller and Palma is also only a few minutes walk away so it is a great location for trips out. The agents were easy to contact, the instructions for the property were simple and the key handover was straightforward. Even though we were an hour late there was someone waiting for us at the property. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay to enjoy Soller.

Short Mallorca stay

We had a great time. The house really suited us as a family and gave us lots of flexibility. Virginia was extremely helpful. The house has no air conditioning but is cool in the spring. I suspect the bedrooms might be rather warm in the hotter months.

Toller Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einem sehr schönen Haus. Gemütlich landestypisch eingerichtet. Mit Allem ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Super schöner Garten mit Pool und Lounge/Essbereich. Die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer war für uns ok (3 Einzelpersonen) allerdings war eines der SZ das Durchgangszimmer der anderen 2 SZ . Sonst alles tip top, tolle Blicke in die Berge und kurzer Weg ins Zentrum. Wanderungen vom Haus direkt möglich, spitze

Gute Lage

Wir waren im März 24 im Haus. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und gut organisiert. Das Haus ist durch eine Pelletheizung auch in der Übergangszeit recht gemütlich und der Garten mit einer großen überdachten Terrasse auch bei Regen nutzbar. Ansonsten alles sehr einfach gehalten, aber sauber zum guten Preis. Uns hat es sehr zugesagt und würden wieder buchen.

Eine Oase

Wir haben als Familie eine super schöne Zeit in dieser wirklich sehr geschmackvoll renovierten und dekorierten Oase verbracht. Der tolle Garten lädt sehr zum Verweilen ein, auch wenn es zum Baden im Pool noch etwas zu kühl war. Gleichzeitig kann man überall zu Fuß hingelangen (Einkaufen und in das Zentrum vom Sóller) und direkt von der Haustür aus Wanderungen beginnen. Die öffentlichen Buslinien halten ebenfalls fußläufig, so dass für uns das Auto gar nicht so wichtig war.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison de Sóller. Très bien équipée, nous avions l’impression d’être dans la maison de vacances d’amis qui nous l’aurait prêtée. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut et bien plus. A quelques minutes à pied du centre de Sóller et de sa gare, dans une impasse, le calme est assuré. Les photos sont représentatives de la réalité, la piscine et son préau avec une grande table et canapés incitent au farniente. Sóller et ses environs méritent de passer plusieurs jours, la Sierra de Tramountana est sublime. La descente vers le port de Sóller en tram est à faire bien sûr mais pas que. De nombreuses randonnées ou quelques criques méritent votre attention. La boucle Sóller-Biniaraix-Fornalutx-Binibassi-Sóller de 12km est à faire avec un départ depuis la maison (elle sera bientôt décrite dans Visorando).

A great property in a fantastic area. The outside area in particular is beautiful and the house is well equipped. The bedroom set-up is a little unconventional (but accurately described in the listing) and whilst it worked fine for us (travelling as a family) it might not work for others. The property is in a quiet area in walking distance to Soller town centre which is lovely. Port de Soller (also lovely) is easily reached by tram which is worth doing but also expensive and we ended up using taxis which were much better value.

Wonderful house and outside space

Inside the house was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Bedroom layout might not work for everyone but as there were only the two of us we had our pick of rooms. Outside space amazing and having the pool was perfect. Loved it.

Better than the pictures

So pleased with out stay! We all had high expectations but it was even better. The ”street” between the house and the garden are more of a small path and don’t bother at all. Inside it’s very clean and includes all you may need. Outside is even better with the dining area, garden and pool. Location is the best with a short 700m walk to the square but still with great views of the mountains from the garden. We just had one problem, it was the beds and pillows, I know the current beds blends in with the rest of the decoration but I rather sleep well in a nice bed that doesn’t squeaks every time you move, so please, change to a continental bed with bed madrass and nice pillows.

Beautiful finca close to central Soller

We loved this finca with its beautiful loggia and pool. A quirky interior, with two double bedrooms linked and a shared bathroom on the 1st floor then a twin on the 3rd with spectacular views. The outside bathroom by the pool is brand new, and the laundry room is very practical. The villa is equipped with EVERYTHING! There were even three different sized traditional espresso makers and the nespresso machine. We will definitely be back!
