Nice villa in quiet neighbourhood in Moraira with private swimming pool

IMPORTANT to mention that it is one floor of the villa. We live upstairs. But all the facilities like the outside and pool are exclusively for you.

600 meters from the main road to Moraira in a quiet neighbourhood you enter a dead end street at our driveway with electric gate.
There are 2 parking places for you. Via an external staircase you will reach your own floor. You enter through the living room from where all rooms are directly accessible. There are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and central heating and 2 bathrooms with toilet and hair dryer. 1 with shower and 1 with bath.
The open kitchen is not large but offers electric cooker, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, coffee maker and refrigerator. Living room has television with satellite so many foreign channels such as Dutch, English, German and Spanish.
Outside a terrace with plenty of shade, the private pool with loungers, in the tea house with dining table with outdoor kitchen with BBQ and electric cooker. Further in the garden with fruit trees several seating areas.

We charge for the electricity you use. 0,25 euro/kWh. There is meter installed for this purpose. But you have a daily allowance of 15 kWh and that should be more than enough for normal use. This is just to allow for extreme use.
We live on the top floor. You will see us at the reception and the farewell and if you need us for example for tips about the area or restaurants. We have two shy cats who you may see in the garden.
