At 110 square meters and with lovely wooden flooring throughout, this property offers a large living room containing two leather sofa’s and two arm chairs, a coffee table, two smaller side tables, and a plasma screen TV for your entertainment. In the same area there is also a built in workspace with desk and shelves, two desk lamps and a printer. There’s a generous separate dining area with a table for six, and two bureaus as well. All furniture in the dining area are heirlooms, having belonged to the owners grandmother and originating from Egypt.

The kitchen is fully fitted, with dishwasher, oven, hob, huge refrigerator (automatic water & ice), microwave, nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and all the kitchenware required for you to prepare any meal.

There are two bedrooms: each with two single beds, spacious wardrobe cabins, bedside tables, reading lamps, and plenty of wardrobe space.
