• This stylish and spacious top-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment (80m²) is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful Victorian building.

Please note that the lift goes up to the 2nd floor, and you’ll need to take TWO flights of stairs to reach the apartment.
• The master bedroom includes an en-suite and the rarely found UK Super King Size bed - 180x200cm ( 6’x 6’6”), while the second bedroom offers a UK King-size bed - 150x200cm ( 5’ x 6’ 6”), ensuring ultimate comfort during your stay.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is spacious and bright. For added convenience, a sofa bed with full bedding is available in the living area, providing additional sleeping space.

Hyde Park is only a stones throw away from our front door and you can be in Notting Hill's Portobello Road at their famous vintage market in no time at all.

• The property is extremely well connected to the Transport for London network. Lancaster Gate Tube station (Central Line) is just a 5-minute walk away, while Paddington Station is a little over 10 minutes on foot. From Paddington, you can take the Heathrow Express, Elizabeth Line, or National Rail to reach Heathrow Airport in under 30 minutes.

• The Natural History Museum, the Royal Albert Hall, and Harrods are all less than a mile away, making for a pleasant 20-minute walk through Hyde Park. Kensington Palace is even closer, just a short 10-minute stroll from the apartment.

Short London Visit

Gordana was wonderful, so responsive to my emailed questions regarding our arrival, check-in, the area and transportation to Heathrow. She met us promptly and told us on arrival that the flat we had been assigned was not really accessible due to an elevator issue, so we ended up with first floor flat that was roomy and beautiful. Such a gracious host! The place was spotless and so convenient to the Hyde Park/Kensington Park area and Paddington Station as well. Taxis and the hop-on bus just a block away. Highly recommend!

Stay was adequate

It was very hot the six days we were there. No air conditioning. Fans not very efficient.Internet connection not good. Bathtub in master bedroom very high to get in and out.Many good things, too. Adequate supply of cooking utensils. Nice having two bedrroms and two baths.

Clean, large apartment with easy access to London sights

This apartment was exactly as described. It was clean, large, and blocks from Hyde Park. You could easily walk to multiple Tube stops for easy access to all the major sights in London. As others said, you do need to take the stairs up the last 2 flights to reach the apartment, but we were aware ahead of time & it wasn't an issue for our family. We ran out of shampoo & soap during our stay, but Gordana had more dropped off, along with fresh towels, while we were out sightseeing. Plenty of hot water, all appliances worked, quiet street with cafes nearby. Would recommend.

Great location and host

Everything about this property is as advertised (including the stairs!). It was perfect for our family of 5. Gordana was very accessible and accommodating as a host. We easily walked to and from Paddington for Heathrow Express and were able to get around the city easily with the two tube stations super close. The only knock was that the on demand hot water seemed to only work for 3 showers so be prepared to space those out a bit!

Great location in London

This was a perfect location in London for our family with three children 6, 9 & 11. Close to Hyde Park for my husband to run each morning, quick 5 -10 min walk to multiple Underground stations to explore London sites and we found great local restaurants each night to eat at. There are stairs to climb but manageable for our family. Would be challenging if having to bring stroller up & down each day or for the elderly. Wonderful base for our trip!

Perfect base for exploring London

This property is in a great location. It's the perfect base for exploring London - easy access to trains, buses and cabs. And wonderful that we could so easily take long relaxing walks in Hyde Park, which is practically across the street. Check-in was easy and smooth. Gordana was helpful and easy to get hold off.

Lovely flat

Gordana is very responsive, personable and let us check-in several hours early since we arrived tired after a long flight from the United States. We loved the cleanliness of the flat, well-stocked kitchen and the surrounding neighborhood. It’s a 5-minute walk to Hyde Park and we enjoyed walking through the park to get to Harrod’s. Affordable, spacious unit that met all of our needs for a family of four. Thank you!

Perfect London Flat for Couples’ Trip

Clean and comfortable flat with all the essentials made our stay in London so much better than any hotel. Loved the two full bathrooms, living area and well appointed kitchen. Potential guests should know there’s no lift past the 2nd floor and the steps are very steep but it wasn’t an issue for our group. There is a washing machine but no instructions so this would be good for future guests. We figured it out and were happy to have it for one quick load of laundry while there. The location is perfect with easy access to Lancaster Gate tube and Paddington Station. We had breakfast at Sheila’s around the corner and there are multiple other options within walking distance. Quiet and safe neighborhood day and night. Easy after hours check-in with lock box and instructions for entry. Great communication with Giordana and her team before, during and after our stay. We’d definitely recommend and would love to come back next time to London.

Reunited And It Feels So Good

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a spotless updated flat. What a rare find to have a reunion with dear friends who traveled from Paris to meet us in London. The flat is Super close to tube and train stations and access to all that London has to offer. And just steps away from lovely Kensington Park.

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice apartment! Quick walks to Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Notting Hill and Paddington Station. Super easy trip in and out from Heathrow. Gordana was also very responsive.
