Wonderful property and stay! From ease of our check in and absolute meticulous cleanliness of the condo, you really can’t beat this location. My wife and I enjoyed coffee every morning looking at the waves from the lanai. The owner (Brent) was extremely responsive to any questions I had. Check out was just as simple as check in. Exceptional in every category of evaluation of a vacation destination.

So happy to have found Brent’s condo on the Big Island. It was spacious, comfortable, convenient, and in a great location near many beaches and snorkeling spots. On site free parking was easy and the newly renovated showers in the two bathrooms were great after a day at the beach, or enjoying the two on site pools. Brent’s hospitality was especially appreciated with the welcome basket for our birthday celebration. Mahalo !

A wonderful stay in Kailua-Kona! This property is beautifully decorated, clean, well-appointed and has a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The owner was available and responsive if we had any questions. We loved our stay here!

My son and I traveled here for our first trip to Hawaii- and our first trip just the two of us. We absolutely loved our time in Kona, and this was the perfect home away from home. The space was bright, airy, and always comfortable and cool. I spent many mornings having coffee on the lanai and evenings relaxing there after our daily adventures. I especially loved hearing the birds singing and the one sweet zebra dove in particular who became my morning coffee companion.Brent was wonderful to communicate with before and throughout our stay, and was especially reassuring when Lala came through and we weren’t sure how it might affect our plans. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The Kona coffee in the welcome basket was an especiallylovely touch! The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook and prepare meals (including the freshest, most delicious fruit from the Kona Farmers Market). We also really appreciated having beach supplies available for our days out.One of my favorite parts of our stay was sitting outside each evening watching the sunset and hearing the conch being blown. Such a special way to end each day. We made some wonderful memories here and hope to be back!

Excellent stay and host , the weather delayed us a day , they let us push our check out a extra day, That made our trip! Very clean unit , and the view from the balcony was amazing , sound of waves crashing on the shore .

Everything about our stay was very, very nice! We had everything that one could have wanted for our week. It was comfortable, welcoming, plenty of room space, and truly showcased the ‘Aloha Spirit’ of Hawaii. Amenities went above and beyond our needs. Our hosts were phenomenal always right on the spot with communications of any questions we had during our stay. The location was perfect for restaurants and shopping. The view from our lanai was spectacular. We would stay there again and again for any future trips to Hawaii!

Great property, great location

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo is centrally located near all the beaches and excursions that we planned. The condo is spacious and well appointed, and we loved the outdoor furniture. Will return!

We really liked the view, the cleanliness, the welcome package and ease of getting in and out. We were close to restaurants and lots of different beaches on either side. Brent left a fish guide so that we could identify the fish and eels that we saw after snorkeling. We came on a shoulder season but we were very impressed with how quiet it was and we were on a middle floor. It was just right for us!

Excellent Stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa de Emdeko. The property itself was great, but the lanai really bumped it up to the next level. We also really enjoyed that there is a small market right behind the property. Would definitely stay again.
