Ground floor family bathroom: Bath with shower attachment, sink, WC, towel rail, storage. First floor open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area. 1 x second floor double bed with bedside tables, TV, chest of drawers. Adjacent dressing room. Second floor family bathroom: Bath with shower attachment, sink, WC, storage.

Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. Patio garden at the rear, on two levels with steps between levels: decked on the lower level and paved on the higher level. Patio Table & Chairs on lower level with BBQ. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Green energy air source heat pump and Power inc. in the rent. Cot and highchair & stairgate available (at the top of the stairs only). Parking space at the property for 1 regular sized car, not suitable for low bearing or sports cars. Additional parking can be purchased in a local Village Hall car park (approximate 5 minute walk),this is charged at £25 per week per car. Sorry, no smoking. Included in the rental price is bed linen for each bed that has been booked and a shower mat for each shower or bath, each guest is also provided with a bath and hand towel - Guests must provide their own beach towels. Note: Surf shower and hanging rail for wetsuits in garden. Shop and pub 5 minutes walk. Note: Check in is from 4pm. Note: There is a £40 charge per dog. Note: Sorry, no hen, stag parties or similar. Note: A £100 Good Housekeeping bond is payable by cheque, cash or BACS payment on arrival at the property for existing bookings. Note: From 6th November 2018, the £100 Good Housekeeping bond is managed by Sykes and have authorisation to take payment.
