Bright apartment, located on the mezzanine floor of a building 150 meters from the sea, with large terrace and private garden.
Completely renovated and furnished, equipped with air conditioning, composed of entrance hall and well-equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, nespresso espresso machine, sofa bed and 32 'LCD TV, corridor, double bedroom with mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers with drawers , bedside tables and lcd tv, bedroom with three beds, bathroom with window complete with bidet, shower, washing machine and hairdryer.
The apartment has a large terrace with table and chairs and access stairs to the private garden with gate, where you can spend relaxing moments.
The neighborhood is full of restaurants, chalets, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, post office and shops of all kinds, very close to the pharmacy and medical guard.
The seafront is equipped with a 17 km long cycle path, sidewalk for walking, tennis courts, beach volleyball, Bau Beach.
In the adjacent street it is possible to rent tandem risció bikes.

Italian Hospitality to the Max!!

If I could give this place and the owner 10 stars I would have! Not only was the apartment beautiful and spacious but was stoked better than any VRBO I've stayed in. The host/owner was there to great us with fresh produce and everything we needed for a "proper" Italian dinner. Her kindness and generosity verified to me, once again, the warm and welcoming hearts of the Italian people. Thanks so much for everthing!!!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnung sieht wie auf den Fotos aus und ist in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand. Es ist alles was man im Alltag braucht vorhanden. Sollten wir mal wieder nach Villa Rosa fahren, würden wir uns wieder für die Wohnung von Barbara entscheiden.

Fantastische Ferienwohnung in Villa Rosa

Checkin war super einfach, Barbara hat uns in der Wohnung empfangen, alles gezeigt und natürlich auch wie bei anderen Gästen ein Korb Obst geschenkt, was wir einfach super super nett fanden. vielen lieben Dank Barbara dafür. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, es gab einfach alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist einfach top. Es sind wirklich nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit zwei Schlafzimmer einfach super angenehm für Familie mit 2-3 Kindern. Es gibt zwei Klimaanlagen, die in heißen Sommertagen für angenehme Klima sorgen. Parkplätze gibt es entweder im Hof direkt vor Eingangstür oder in der Straße direkt daneben. Was wir auch sehr nett fanden, war, dass Barbara nützliche Tipps gegeben hat für Erkundung der Gegend. Es war ein super schöner Urlaub in Villa Rosa und wir danken Barbara für Ihre Betreuung und kommen bestimmt in zwei Jahren wieder.

Casa e posizione perfetta

La casa si trova in una posizione perfetta, è attrezzata di tutto, ha un piccolo giardino privato e un bel balcone, la proprietaria e gentilissima sempre pronta a risolvere qualsiasi cosa, ci ha dato anche delle info su ristoranti che si trovano nei dintorni, indicandoci anche dove poter fare acquisti di prodotti locali e gite, tutte le info si sono rivelate precise e preziose. Wir lieben Italien

Zu erst möchten wir uns bei der Vermieterin Barbara bedanken. Sie ist sehr Gastfreundlich, sie hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Wir wurden mit einer Kiste frischem Gemüse und Obst, einer selbstgemachten Tomatensauce und einer Flasche Wein empfangen. Die Wohnung ist wie in im Internet beschrieben, sehr sauber und schön. Der Ort Villa Rosa bietet alles für einen tollen Urlaub. Vielen Dank für alles.

Super Unterkunft!!

Wie schon die anderen Gäste vor uns berichtet haben, können wir uns dem nur anschließen. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Durch die Strandnähe ist steht dem Strandurlaub nichts im Wege. Auch wir bekamen von Barbara ein Begrüßungsgeschenk. An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank. Sehr aufmerksam! Sollte einmal ein Problem auftreten, so steht Barbara jederzeit hilfreich zur Verfügung. Einfach genial!

Wohlfühlappartment

Ferien am Meer :) Top Location

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder 7-12 J.) hatten ein wunderbaren 14-tägigen Urlaub in Villa Rosa, bei der lieben Vermieterin Barbara. Auch wir durften uns über einen leckeren Geschenkekorb und zahlreiche Tipps freuen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alle drei Kinder fanden im Kinderzimmer eine Schlafmöglichkeit, was uns sehr wichtig war, das jedes Kind ein Bett hat. Das Meer ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, daher perfekt für einen Badeurlaub! (Haus steht in der 3. Reihe) Die Gegend ist ruhig, Villa Rosa ist ein netter auch eher ruhiger Ort, dies war für uns als Familie wunderbar. (Für jüngere die gern etwas mehr Leben um sich haben, ist vielleicht der Nachbarort Alba Adriatica interessant.) Ums Eck der Wohnung findet man fußläufig, Cafés, Eisdielen, Restaurants usw. (Uns wurde das Restaurant "Il Nibbio" empfohlen, aber wir waren auch daneben bei "Il Gabbiano" und da begeistert, jedes Gericht hat uns dort geschmeckt.) Das Apartment hat einen Gartentzugang, das war für uns super praktisch da wir dort unser SUP und Strandspielsachen ablegen konnten. Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner Urlaub und empfehlen Barbara bzw. Barbaras Apartment gerne weiter :) (Das einzige was zu erwähnen ist: das Haus ist hellhörig, wir wurden vom Wecker des Nachbarn über uns, immer wieder um 5:21 Uhr mit geweckt und auch seinen Badbesuch mit der "Spülung" konnten wir verfolgen)

Tutto perfetto

Barbara, la proprietaria ci ha accolti bene e ci ha mostrato la casa appena sanificata. Era tutto in ordine e come da fotografie. Inoltre ci ha accolti offrendoci un cesto di primizie locali e suggerendoci altri posti da visitare e dove mangiare. Ottima la posizione della casa vicino alla spiaggia sia libera che a pagamento e al centro del paese, dai negozi e ristoranti. Abbiamo passato proprio una bella vacanza.

Traumhafter Urlaub in den Abbruzen

Der Urlaub in den Abruzzen in der Ferienwohnung von Barbara war sensationell. Wir bekamen eine super saubere Wohnung von einer sehr charmanten Gastgeberin übergeben. Es gab eine kleine Übergabe, wo alles wissenswerte erzählt wurde und sogar ein Begrüßungsgeschenk mit Lebensmittel aus der Region. Eine super nette Geste. In der Wohnung fühlt man sich sofort wohl, alles sieht neu und gepflegt aus. Per Whatsapp kann man mit Barbara kommunizieren und es werden viele Ausflugstipps und Insiderwissen ausgetauscht. Zum Strand läuft man 150 Meter und ist für Kinder optimal. Der Strand fällt sehr langsam ab und die Kinder können im sauberen Sand spielen oder Muscheln suchen. Für Tagesausflüge ist der Ort Villa Rosa ebenfalls gut geeignet, nach Rom fährt man gerade einmal 2 Std, San Marino ist genauso weit weg und lohnt sich ebenfalls, in der näheren Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Bergdörfer die darauf warten entdeckt zu werden. Auf jeden Fall muss man sich das Mittelalter Städtchen Ascoli Piceno ansehen, diese Stadt sollte man sich auch gerne in den Abendstunden ansehen, denn dann wird alles angestrahlt und in eine besondere Atmosphäre getaucht. Fußläufig von der Ferienwohnung gibt es schöne Restaurants wo man gut essen kann. Besonders hat uns das Fischrestaurant IL Nibbio gefallen, hier gibt es die besten Fischgerichte und auch Pizzen. Unseren Urlaub verbrachten wir Anfang Oktober in Villa Rosa und das Wetter war noch super und wir konnten fast jeden Tag im Meer baden. In dieser Zeit war es am Strand nicht mehr voll und wir konnten problemlos mit unserem Hund überall an den Strand. Wenn wir Bewertungspunkte abgeben könnten, dann hätte die Wohnung fünf von fünf Sterne bekommen. Noch einmal Danke an Barbara das wir in ihrer Ferienwohnung Gast sein durften. Wenn wir noch einmal in diese Gegend reisen, werden wir wieder versuchen hier Urlaub zu machen.

Wohlfühldomizil in Strandnähe

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Jungs im Alter von 9 und 13 Jahren zu Gast in Barbaras geschmackvoll, modern und komfortabel eingerichteter Ferienwohnung, die eine strategisch unglaublich günstige Lage hat : 150 m fußläufig vom Strand über ruhige Nebenstraßen in einem reinen Wohngebiet und zugleich keine 100 m von der Hauptader von Villa Rosa entfernt, an der sich Einkaufs- und vielfälige gastronomische Möglichkeiten bieten. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und war für uns ein perfekter Standort, um entspannte und schöne Badetage am Meer zu genießen. Wir mussten das Auto nicht einmal bewegen. Barbara ist eine außergewöhnlich zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die uns eine sehr saubere und liebevoll vorbereitete Wohnung mit stabilem Wlan übergeben hat (nicht zu unterschätzendes Kriterium für Reisen mit Teenagern) und jederzeit für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung stand. Wir werden wiederkommen - das ist sicher!

Ganz entspannter Urlaub

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2Jugendliche) haben uns im Appartment von Barbara sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Die Lage zum Strand und zur Eisdiele ist ideal. In der Nähe ist auch ein kleiner Laden, der alles hat, Lebensmittel, Drogeriewaren, Haushaltswaren,... Und Barbara hat sich wirklich sehr freundlich um uns gekümmert. Wer in ein Bagno möchte, kann über sie frühzeitig Plätze reservieren, gerade in der Haupturlaubszeit ein echter Vorteil. Sie hat viele Tipps für Ausflüge, gute Restaurants oder aktuelle Veranstaltungen. Besonders schön war auch, dass wir nach der langen Anreise mit einem Korb voll leckerer Dinge aus der Region und einer Flasche Wein begrüßt wurden. Insgesamt ein sehr entspannter Urlaub und wir sagen nochmals Danke für alles.

Entspannter Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Wohnung der Vermieterin Barbara entspricht zu 100% den Bildern und der Beschreibung, ist sehr modern und komplett eingerichtet. Auch in der Küche findet man alles was zum kochen notwendig ist, es wurde an alles gedacht. Wir fanden uns sehr schnell zurecht und unsere Kinder haben sich in dem tollen Kinderzimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Barbara hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und uns im Vorfeld bereits wegen Strand und vieler anderer Dinge gefragt. Da wir krankheitsbedingt erst viel später fahren konnten war es auch für Sie überhaupt kein Problem uns um 2 Uhr nachts zu empfangen und in die Wohnung zu lassen. Auch in den Folgetagen war sie immer sofort erreichbar und gab Tipps zum essen, shoppen oder half uns bei der Suche nach einem Kinderarzt. Villa Rosa selbst ist ein ruhiger, aber schöner Ort mit tollem Strand in dessen Zentrum man alles notwendige wie Alimentari, Cafeteria, Eisdiele, Bar, oder diverse Restaurants findet. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten findet man in Val Vibrata das nächste große Shopping Center. Mit dem Fahrrad lässt es sich bequem bis SanBenedetto radeln. Alles in allem sehr toll für einen entspannenden Urlaub mit der Familie.

Relaxing and Family Friendly

We loved our time at Barbara's beautiful apartment in Villa Rosa. Barbara is a wonderful and attentive host who clearly wants her guests to enjoy and make the most of their time in Villa Rosa - she even gave us a lovely basket of goodies from the local market upon our arrival. The beach is a short walk from the apartment and there's a great cycle/jogging path that runs along the coast for many kms. The town is safe and ideal for families. There's plenty of eating options there and in the neighbouring towns. If you've had enough of the beach, head inland into the hills and visit lovely towns like Ascoli Piceno (try the olives there, mmm) and Tortoreta alta. We're looking forward to our next trip back!

Sehr freundliche und umsorgende Vermieterin.

Ein herzlicher Empfang und eine sehr gute touristische Betreuung. Die Lage der FeWo ist perfekt da man für den kurzen Weg zum ( Sand) Strand kein Fahrzeug benötigt. Rundum sehr schön und für Familien ( auch mit Hund) sehr empfehlenswert.

Proprietaria disponibilissima, all'arrivo ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di benvenuto con specialità locali! L'appartamento è come da descrizione, nuovo, pulito e vicino al mare, molto confortevole! Consigliatissimo!

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Rosa in Barbara’s attractively furnished, immaculately clean & spacious apartment with a deliciously comfortable bed & stacks of storage. We were welcomed with a very generous gift of fresh food & wine which kept us supplied with meals for several days. On requesting information as to where we could purchase Italian SIM cards for our phones Barbara & her nephew Sergio drove us to buy them & translated for us throughout the process, for which we were very grateful. Barbara also gave us suggestions for beautiful places to visit in the area as well as restaurants we could try, & checked with us regularly to see if there was anything extra we needed. One of the perks of staying at Villa Rosa was its proximity to the beach & the ownership of an umbrella & 2 lounges which we used to great advantage. Walks along the foreshore as well as the opportunity to explore mountain regions & delightful hilltop villages with stunning views over the surrounding countryside made this a visit to remember & thoroughly recommend.
