Great location and super friendly hostess. Really good options for food nearby including Trieste pizza and alt42 pasta chef.Apartment very clean and met our needs. Double room a bit noisy from the bar nearby on weekend evenings. Some interesting paintings on the wall which scared our children a little. Overall though a great stay

Location is great! The apartment is comfortable and the location is very convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, and site seeing. The only thing to be aware of is that the noise from a nearby bar can be very loud at night.

Great location 2-3 blocks from Coliseum. Located on 3rd floor with no elevator (77 steps). Host was quick to respond to emails etc...Several restaurants close by.

Wonderful location, we appreciated being near to a metro stop and walking distance to many sights. Adequate kitchen facilities, we cooked a number of times. Washer and drying rack were also well used by our little family. We really felt like we had a good amount of comfortable space to relax in after long days of walking. We could hear some noise at night due to the restaurant/bar below, but it was very reasonable considering the location. The stairs up aren't a huge problem, just make you earn that extra scoop of gelato ;)

Perfect location in Rome

Loved being in the heart of Rome. Just a few steps from everything. Little small for our family of five but you can’t beat the location. Was definitely worth it.

Lovely stay in a great neighborhood close to the Coliseum

Nice apartment, great location

Our family of five spent three nights in the apartment. We had a nice stay - the apartment was clean, warm and well stocked. The location of the apartment was really convenient - very near the coliseum with plenty of restaurants nearby. Constanza was really communicative but we didn't need anything during our stay. I'd stay there again.

Great place for a family stay

We had a great stay in this apartment. Our host, Constanza, let us in an hour early and gave us a warm welcome. She also worked quickly the next day to get the washer fixed so that we could do our laundry.The place is great for a family, with a room of three beds so that no one needed to share.The location is just 5 minutes from a subway stop and close to shops, food, and an outstanding gelateria. We were delighted.

Perfect location for trip to Rome

This is a great apartment that is well appointed and very comfortable. The location was perfect for touring in the city. Costanza was extremely helpful and made everything easy. I definitely recommend this apartment and would stay there again myself.

Rome trip with family

Fantastic apartment in a really excellent location. The apartment was light and airy and had everything needed for a fantastic stay. All major sights close by and very convenient to metro and termini. Vibrant streets surrounding with easy access to supermarkets etc. Costanza was fantastic and very informative about the local areas and Rome in general. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in a clean apartment, very good location. The apartment was as advertized. Small kitchen, ( we didnt cook) tiny washing machine ...but it did the job. The location was awesome. Within walking distance of all major attractions

Great Apartment in a great location

This apartment was great. Had everything you needed. And all of the main attractions were within a 20 minute walk. Also a very short walk to subway and termini station was about a 15 minute walk so it was easy for day trips as well. I would love to stay here again.

Perfect spot

Costanza is a wonderful host sharing her local knowledge. The apartment is the complete deal and the location is walking distance to the popular historic sites. Great eateries just outside the front door. Add warm days and balmy evenings and don’t forget the ice cream. Fabulous! Wish we could have stayed longer.

My name is Costanza. I was born in Rome. I live in Trastevere, one of Rome’s unique neighborhoods. I speak fluent German and English. I have always been interested and curious about other cultures . I love art in all its manifestations. In my free time I enjoy the soothing beauty of nature in the Tuscan countryside. I have worked over 10 years in the vacation-rental business. There is no better place than doing this business in Rome. I love Rome not only because it is my native city but also because it has infinite mysteries to disclose. After all this years living here, I am still enthusiastically exploring Rome’s art, history, museums, food, neighborhoods etc. And I can’t wait to share all this with you.

For just a short time this is your VACATION RENTAL, but remember you hold the key of someone’s cherished home. Show you care. Bring the garbage out & turn off the lights when you leave.
If there’s something wrong make sure you call for help.
Respect the Neighbors & house rules. Shop in local stores, speak to local people, cook local recipes. Be curious & flexible. Don’t compare your rental with your home, instead learn from how other people live.

I will be at your disposal when you check in at the apartment. At that time, I will provide you with all the information and instruction you need for your stay. I will also be available any time for advise and suggestions on how best to tour the neighborhood and city.

Please do not smoke inside the apartment, it is strictly prohibited.
