The penthouse is located on the top floor of Villa delle Rose, was built in 2014 and enjoys a fantastic view of the sea and surrounding mountains. The setting is perfect for relaxing, visiting the Italian Riviera area and enjoying the fantastic food and cultural attractions.
During the long summer (from mid-May to the end of October) you can enjoy the beach. Chiavari and Lavagna have won the recognition of the blue flag for the quality of sea water for several consecutive years.

The Attic is located at the top floor of Villa delle Rose, it has been built in 2014 and it has a fantastic view on the sea and the surrounding mountains. The context is perfect to relax, visit the area of the Italian Riviera and enjoy bot the fantastic food and the cultural attractions.
During the long summer (from Mid May to End of October) you can enjoy the beach. Chiavari and Lavagna have been winning for several consecutive years that blue flag award for the quality of the sea water.

Blick aufs Meer

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und zwei Balkone mit tollen Ausblicken. Zusätzlich gibt es einen, zum Apartment gehörender Gartenteil mit Tisch, Stühlen und liegen. Die Tischtennis Platte und der Tischkicker wurde reichlich genutzt!!

Bewertung Ferienwohnung

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage hier verbracht. Von der Ferienwohnung hat man einen tollen Ausblick über Olivengärten bis zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Zum Teil ist es etwas laut durch den vorbeifahrenden Verkehr. Die Wohnung ist mit 3 Schlafzimmern ausgeschrieben. Wir konnten allerdings nur zwei Zimmer nutzen. Das sollte man im Vorfeld mit der Vermieterin abstimmen.
