We had a wonderful stay. The place is lovely. I liked the beach art and decor. We loved the private beach. It was clean, and so was the water. We didn't get to use the pool, but that looked nice, too. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom, kitchen, and living area were very nice. Also, we weren't too far from Disney World and the NASA Kennedy Space Center. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home with fantastic views of the inlet. It was easy to get to pool and beach without having to haul gear up and down steps. Our kids had a blast in the waves as well as walking down the the jetty nearby. The balcony was a morning and night time hot spot for us to relax and unwind.

Great oceanfront view in a nice complex. Unit was light, bright and clean. Right next to Dunes Park was nice. Easy check in. Unit could have items checked into: The entertainment console doors are very loose and can see that falling off the hinges easily, master bath show control did not work properly and was loose as well. Second bathroom towel holder very wobbly and was afraid to use it. Bed and pillows were newer but not comfortable …at least not for us. Could not control the tv volume with remotes provided. I’m sure all things that can be corrected if they desire to keep up the property. Overall a nice place and if someone used the community facilities that would be an added value.

Pros; The views are absolutely beautiful, the place was clean, super convenient and in a nice development, great access to the beach, the pools were a nice reprieve from the beach, loved that there were grills. The view is just insanely beautiful, I still can't get over it. Loved the location on the beach, even on the weekend it was a little quieter than farther down. We really enjoyed our time and will likely book again next year Cons: The furniture was pretty dated and some of the chairs at the dining room table were a little sketchy, and I would say the mattress on the pull out couch was below average even for a pullout couch (we put our 3 yr old on there, no way even a teenager could pull off sleeping on that). The only other somewhat minor thing is

The condo was clean and kitchen nicely equipped. Did not like the carpet in the second bedroom. The rest of the place is tile and very nice. Only issue was one toilet was not flushing due to a broken handle and took half our vacation time before it was repaired. Rental company very nice. Just timing was frustrating. Overall wonderful place to stay.

The host went above and beyond by reaching out by phone a couple of days ahead of the stay to see if we had any questions on how to check-in or anything else about our stay. Check-in with lock box was simple and easy. The condo was immaculately clean, all linens were new and fresh, kitchen was very nice and well stocked with dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, Keurig and drip coffee makers, etc. - it had everything you need. Great view from balcony of beach and Dunes Park.

This place is an incredible find. The location is perfect. Steps from the beach with a spectacular full view of the ocean from the balcony. The unit is clean and well equipped for cooking, cleaning and beach time. The beds are comfortable and the shower in the hall bath is great. Even the pull out couch was comfy. The parking space is close to the elevators and is covered. The unit is close to the elevator but we heard no noise from the elevator. The pool and hot tub were a great place to unwind and make memories. Check-in was simple. We just checked in with the front gate and they directed us to the unit. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great View/Space... Lacks Basics

We enjoyed the views, space, and location even though it needs some updating. The pools and tennis courts were also nice. The drawback to this place is the lack of basics: ONE dishwasher tab, ONE trash bag, one ply toilet paper, and lack of host response with questions on where to enter property due to Apple Maps and WiFi not working. We also enjoyed an evening walk at New Smyrna Dunes.

#1: The view is spectacular. We are now spoiled. Can’t imagine ever again staying in a place without a view of the coastline.#2: The layout/floor plan was very comfortable and has a natural flow. #3: Everything was nice and clean. #4: Everybody in the condo complex was cheerful and friendly. There are a lot of people walking their dogs around. The dogs are also cheerful and friendly. #5: The complex is very secure. You will not encounter any riffraff or ne’er-do-wells in this little corner of the world. Frankly, it’s a little too far for pedestrians. There are zero stores, bars, or restaurants in the vicinity. We made two trips to Publix and otherwise never got in the car.#6: The proximity to Smyrna Dunes Park is the reason we chose this particular location. My 86-year-old mother loves to walk, and loves the beach but hates the sand. The park’s 2.5 miles of boardwalk are just the ticket for her. Plenty of benches and shady spots for resting. I love walking barefoot on the beach and logged at least five miles daily. #7: The kitchen is nearly perfect. We like to prepare our own meals so we spent a decent amount of time doing kitchen work while periodically glancing at the Atlantic Ocean. Heaven.

The Inlet is beautiful, but the unit needs a complete renovation.

We stayed in a unit on the tenth floor at the Inlet. The unit overall was dirty and very old. I cleaned the entire unit before we could sleep there. All linens and towels were old. Pillows were stained and needed replaced. Sheets were thread worn and musty smelling. We had problems with the refrigerator turning off for no reason, at least daily. I had to unplug the cord in back of the refrigerator to get it to turn back on. Bathroom showers were moldy, roaches found, furniture stained and falling apart. Lights in bedrooms did not work. Air conditioning did not cool the unit sufficiently. We rented from a company online and the pictures on their website must have been from 10 years ago. I will never rent from this company again. This unit was awful and needs total renovation. The Inlet overall is beautiful and not all units look this way. I have been in other units at the Inlet and they are beautiful. Next time I would only use the on site property rental company and if possible go and look at it first.

Perfect vacation spot!

View is spectacular and balcony is great spot to eat, read, or just chill. Condo is fine, but needs black out curtains in bedrooms. Mgt. very responsive to requests. Town is full of shops and restaurants, but condo is at the end of a residential point of land, so it is quiet. Minorca amenities are terrific.
