砂浜のビーチから徒歩1分、ハニア市内中心部や旧市街から徒歩15分以内。
石造りの庭とテラス（約50平方メートル）で家を建て4名様まで収容することができます。
大きなダブルベッド付きのベッドルーム、リビングルームにソファベッド2台（シングルサイズベッド）が備わっています。 ソファベッドはまた、2つのカップルを収容するために団結させることができます。
さらに、シャワー付きのバスルーム、調理器具付きの設備の整ったキッチン、コンロ、冷蔵庫/冷凍庫、コーヒーメーカー、トースターなどがあります。
家には、エアコン、無料Wi-Fi、ヘアドライヤー、スマートテレビ、洗濯機、ヘアドライヤー、セーフティボックスなどがあります。
また、サンベッド、屋外ダイニング家具、サンベッド、パラソル、バーベキューなどのある広い庭園とテラスがあります。

Great place and location

This was a great choice for our mother/daughter trip. The location was close to the beach and a nice walk to the lively harbour front. The place was as described and the washer was a bonus. Parking can be tricky to find close by but it was nice having a car to explore the island. The host was amazing and responded right away to any concerns we had. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic!

Very cute apartment and well equipped. Clean and with everything that we needed.The location is perfect. Quite area by the beach with lots of restaurants with high quality and fresh sea food. This area is full of locals and you don't feel to be treated as a tourist as happens by the old harbour. The old town is 10-15 walk along the sea. Stella was really helpful, kind and nice, really friendly. Felt as home all the time. Bus station is 15' walk, no need for car.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was located in the ideal spot. Sightseeing, beach, hiking along the shore and rocks, shopping and lots of coffee and bakery shops. The place was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to do a little cooking. Washing machine and outside line came in handy. And we enjoyed the sun in the seclusion of our fenced in patio.

Perfect place for our holidays in Chania!

The apartment is very cute and had everything that we needed. The location is perfect, very close by the beach with lots of restaurants with high quality and cheap fresh sea food. This area is full of locals and you don't feel to be treated as a tourist as happens by the old harbour. The harbour is by 10' walk following the promenade. Stella was really helpful, kind and nice, really friendly. Felt as home all the time. Bus station is 15' walk. If I go back to Crete I will stay same place it's just perfect place location and host.

Lovely stay in Chania!

We had a lovely time in this home! It is very beautiful and brand new, spacious and sparkling clean! Stella and her husband gave us useful information about places to visit, and the beach is just down the street. Overall a great holiday! We will definitely come back!

Schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist neu, sehr sauber, großzügiges Bad, schöne Terrasse. Der Zimmerservice war klasse. Gefehlt haben ein paar Kleiderhaken und Ablagen im Schlafzimmer. Der Verkehrslärm war manchmal störend.

We are Stella and Michael; we will be happy to accommodate you, and we will do our best to make you love Chania as much as we do :)
Here is our story:
We put all our love and effort and transformed a traditional Cretan coffee shop, "kafeneion" where all prestigious local men used to meet in the old times, into two boutique residences, with all modern amenities and comfort, in order to offer stylish accommodation, just steps away from the sandy beach of Nea Hora and within 5-10 min walk from everything: shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, as well as the center of Chania city and the old town.
Here, you can relax at the sun loungers, enjoy your homemade meals and BBQ in the garden and get a real experience of the local life in Chania, in the most popular neighborhood, within walking distance from everything!
Car is not needed, but if you decide to rent one, there is parking space in the surrounding streets, free of charge.
