Just Remodeled!!! Relax, you are in Havasu! Come stay at our upper level unit with great park, lake, and beautiful mountain views from inside and on the lanai. One bedroom, one bath with pull out sleeper sofa makes this unit a capacity of 4. Very clean non smoking with flat screen tv's and brand new stainless appliances. Unit is fully furnished and has a full kitchen and a stacker washer dryer. Just around the corner find beautiful pool, tennis courts and bbq! Plenty of onsite boat parking! Free Wi-Fi Also free Wi-Fi in the adjoining rotary Park! This is one of Lake Havasu's most desirable locations.....see our reviews:) Walk to the London bridge, Restaurants, Bars, movie theaters and golf! This is the BEST location!! Check out the reviews!

Great location

Enjoyed our 2 week stay. Our 8 year old daughter loved the pool & my wife & I loved the location of the condo as it was within walking distance to a really nice park with walking trails and the beach. Walking distance to the London bridge also. Nice Restaurants are very close and and easy walk. Would definitely return.

Cute! Well stocked for comfort and convenience. Al dishes and linens were clean and neat. Internet worked well and everything went as it should. Bob is a wonderful host.

Nice property at a great location

Very nice one bedroom unit. Centrally located in Lake Havasu City, just off of the highway. Easy access to Rotary Park, beaches and many restaurants. Many places are within walking distance.

This unit is in an excellent location. Close to the pool and very close to your covered parking spot. Also, the complex is within walking distance of the channel, restaurants and shops. There is also a large parking area for boats and trailers.

Cosy apartment close to London Bridge

Centrally located in Lake Havasu City for Rotary Park and other local sites and amenities. The apartment has everything needed for a short stay, is tastefully decked-out and comfortable. State Parks and other areas of interest are a short drive away.

Location was close to local attractions and scenic walking, the unit had everything we needed, and communication with owner was good as he answered our questions in a timely manner. The only caveat was there was no grill at the unit itself, but there was a very nice area with green space and multiple grills for use located near the pool.

Great place with a very friendly community atmosphere. Only thing that I would warn is the bed is small and very firm. Otherwise amazing location and condo!
