Wenn sie in Sauberkeit, Hygiene und Sicherheit investiert hätten, wäre es ein schöner und unkonventioneller Studio geworden, der sicherlich Potenzial hätte. Es war voller Spinnweben, Dreck, Eidechsen und Würmer, was den Preis definitiv nicht rechtfertigte. Der Vorteil ist die Nähe zur Altstadt und zum Strand. Sicherlich ist Rovinj eine Stadt, von der man sich kaum trennen kann

Il monolocale è molto carino ed è in una posizione strategica per gli spostamenti in Istria. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile, carina ed educata. Si consiglia, però, più manutenzione del giardino sia in ingresso che all’esterno dello stesso perché in casa, per questo motivo, avevamo sempre diversi insetti. Sarebbe opportuno installare delle zanzariere di protezione. Infine, il bagno emanava spesso cattivo odore.

We loved the location very much, close to our favorite beach Cuvi and 15-20 min by walk to the center. Apartment was clean and we had everything we needed. The owner was very kind and allowed us to take our little pet with us.

Il giardinetto con l'albero di fichi, in cui si poteva fare colazione e mangiare godendo di privacy; ho apprezzato la vicinanza alla spiaggia Kuvi; Myriana è stata una padrona di casa molto discreta ma presente se serviva; ci ha dato inoltre un ottimo consiglio per le nostre cenette di pesce. Un po' più distante dal centro di quello che credevo, 20 min a piedi.

Отличные апартаменты в винтажном стиле. Есть патио в саду. Много посуды, полотенец Доброжелательная отзывчивая хозяйка Мирьяна. Апартаменты рядом с парком и пляжем. Много красивых прогулочных мест вдоль побережья. Многие берут напрокат велосипеды. Супермаркет в 5 минутах ходьбы от дома. До центра минут 25 пешком. Мирьяна, большое спасибо за гостеприимство!
