Spacious apartment (70sqm) on the ground floor with private access. Terrace with awning, living room with adjoining dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 shower / WC, 1 separate toilet with small sink, air conditioning in the bedrooms.

To be paid on the spot: final cleaning EUR 45.- once and visitor's tax EUR 1.- per person and night.


general: Holiday house with large garden and parking in the secluded quiet grounds in Anliegerstrasse. Shops in town, bus (180m) to the city of Rovinj and the beach. Mountain bike and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, German-speaking care on site. A total of 2 apartments in the main house for 4 persons (à70m ²). On the area there is also a small romantic cottage for 2 persons.
