Upstairs, guests will find 2 King beds, 1 Queen, and 1 1/2 baths, ensuring ample space for relaxation and comfort. It's important to note that there are no interior stairs connecting the lower and upper levels, adding a unique touch to the property's layout. Visitors are required to bring their own linens, towels, and paper products, ensuring a personalized and comfortable stay. Lilly's Pad is tastefully decorated and furnished according to the owner's preference, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The provided amenities include a Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Pots/Pans, Dishes, Cutlery, Silverware, Glasses, Mattress Pads, Pillows, and Blankets/Comforter. Additionally, guests should be aware of reservation fees, partial stay fees, as well as applicable
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. Check in and communications with the managers was easy. The place is as described and was perfect for my family of 5. Bare bones, but everything we needed in a great location.

Don't bother

I wouldn't have said anything if you hadn't sent this automated email, but when my family showed up the property had a terrible smell of mold and urine and they were unable to stay in the property. Found visible growth on the ceiling and walls, water stains on the ceilings and walls, and urine stains all over all the mattresses. Property management company became difficult to get in touch with once we needed and to find a different place and tried to blame the owner of the property even though they were hired to manager the property for them. Still waiting to hear back from property manager for a resolution

Great location, house is a dump

There is A LOT wrong with this house. It's falling apart - the stairs are rickety, the scenes in porch screen is busted, the fob for on the porch is drooping (not safe at all), the walls and ceilings have water stains, the entire house is *gross* - it clearly has been cleaned never. We had to wash the bathtub to be able to take a bath because it was so disgusting. Our feet turned black walking in the house. The downstairs area smells like mold so we were glad we didn't need those beds. There wasn't enough plates, forks, etc for us (we only had 6 people). BUT the location is AMAZING, it's a quick walk to the beach, the path is right across the street, once the stairs are added (we think by the city or state) to the beach it will be easy getting down and back over the dunes too. It's in a very safe area, at the end of the street and we felt comfortable with our kids crossing by themselves. The beds are comfortable in the 3 upstairs bedrooms, sheets were provided (no towels though), lots of pillows. The furniture is ok enough for a beach house and all the appliances worked (stove/ oven looked new). The beach in Hatteras is gorgeous - nice and, warm water, plenty of waves. Overall would I stay at this house again? Probably not unless they did some major cleaning and fixed the screened porch area. But I would stay in the Hatteras area again for sure.

Calm and Relaxing

The property was disappointing. The pictures looked better than the property actually was. It was built in 1973 and looked it. Doesn't look like an update/remodeling has been done other than appliances. Furnishings were fine but some of the cookware needs pitched as it looks like someone burn something in it. It was nice and clean. The downstairs toilet area was kind of creepy. The neighborhood is great and so is the village. Loved our stay just not the house. I do not plan to return to this property.

Quaint Old Style Beach House

Lilly Pad worked out great for our family. My son and his wife and kids slept in the 3 bedrooms upstairs and I, the grandma, stayed in the room downstairs. I had my own toilet and sink and used the enclosed outdoor shower. The location made for a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked.
