Guests are required to bring their own linens, towels, and paper products for their stay at Austin's Pointe. The interior of Austin's Pointe is tastefully decorated and furnished according to the owner's preferences. Essential amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets/comforter are provided for your convenience. Please note that reservation fees, partial stay fees, as well as taxes and insurance, are applicable when booking at Austin's Pointe.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.
