This property was the perfect beach house for our weekend trip. Everything looked exactly like the photos, was clean and accurate. The owner made check-in and check-out extremely clear on expectations and definitely provided a reasonable price for its amazing location. I will be staying here again!

Great location! Nice rooms. Stuff that was off- smoke alarm went off for no reason. Also it was hot first day and no AC was hard. But we should have checked for that. Otherwise great location and beautiful neighborhood. Close to beach and Food was great

This house was very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. The front screen door needs fixed and a few other small maintenance items. The only reason I noticed them is because I retired from property management I loved how close it was to several restaurants, the beach and the brewery. All within walking distance. I would definitely rent here again.

This was a nice house with good space inside and the grounds were very pretty and spacious with decks in two locations. This was good proximity to the beach and Tree House and a quiet, friendly and pretty neighborhood.

•The front screen door was broken upon arrival•Dining: the seat cushions on the chairs were worn beyond use & the light switch for the light over the table was broken. •Kitchen: fridge door handles loose, as were many of the cabinet/drawer handle pulls (one came completely out), dishes and utensils were a mish-mosh of old items•Bath 2: shower head was old & corroded, there were active ants and liquid ant baits present. There were also ants in the bedroom next to it.•Living Rm – TV didn’t have any basic channels available, only internet-based subscriptions; we tried to use our own apps, but TV required a PIN to install them (YouTube TV, DirecTV, e.g.). One of the sofas was unusable, seats were completely worn out (there were loose pieces of foam under them). The chairs were worn as well.•Master BR – there were no blinds in the large window in the Master Bedroom! This was completely unacceptable – with sunrise at 5:00 am, the room was completely lit up & bright making sleeping impossible; at night, there was no privacy with the room lights on – anyone outside could see in. The TV had no remote and couldn't be used.Master Bath: the entire shower stall frame & basin is worn out and the frame was bent at the bottom – only way to close the door was to slam it shut. In short, we were shocked at the overall poor condition of the unit as compared to the high reviews that it had received.

The property was beautiful and clean. We spent most of our time going to area attractions, though. Our only recommendation is to install full length mirrors on the bedroom doors. We loved the house. The location was convenient our planned attractions.

Great location and a lovely vacation home. It was the perfect size for 5 of us and was equipped with everything we needed. It was a quick walk to the nice local beach, Treehouse Brewery, some nice restaurants, and the canal bike trail. It was also a quick drive to several hikes and kayaking excursions in the marshes. We had a great few days and hated to see it come to an end. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed during Labor Day week. The house is a bright open split level which offers great rooms to gather with family and friends. Very comfortable, relaxing and plenty of room for family. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance in the Town Neck area. Linda was great and responds quickly. We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again if possible.
