Casa Carlota is located at the dead end of Pilitas Street only 2.5 blocks to the beach with no stairs. The default map view is misleading, it appears the condo is floating in the middle of nowhere. Zoom in for a better understanding of exact location and proximity to the beach.

Built in 2015 and finalized in 2016, well appointed, open air concept, 1 bedroom, 1 bath penthouse condo in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's most sought after neighborhood; Zona Romantica, a gay and family friendly, English speaking area.

Three minutes to Puerto Vallarta's most popular beach; Los Muertos, with no stairs to climb or descend en route. Food and drink service provided under umbrellas on beach. Only two to five minutes to the restaurants, amenities and nightlife of Olas Atlas and Basilio Badillo, yet tucked away at the end of Pilitas; a dead-end, mostly residential, cobble-stoned street.

Minutes to boutique and artisan shopping. Mini-marts, ATMs, convenience stores within a three-minute walk. Ten to fifteen minute taxi ride to marina, commercial centers, golf and eco tourism activities.

Granite countertops, bar and backsplash, stainless steel appliances and tropical parota wood furnishings and built-ins. Local commissioned artwork tastefully adorns the walls. Full-wall glass sliding doors provide an open-air concept inside while plant-lined balcony equipped table for four allows dinning al fresco.

In unit conveniences include a work station, wifi, flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom, Firestick on both TVs, Streaming TV service in living room, high efficiency wall-mounted AC, Bluetooth speaker, document safe in bedroom closet, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dining, flatware and glassware for four, ample storage, vanity in bathroom, hooks for your clothes and towels, in unit washer and dryer. Full sized sofa bed in living room comfortable for one adult or two children. Maid service Monday thru Saturday. Filtered drinking water provided.

Four floors from a quiet cobblestone street with great ocean views, only one floor down from pool deck with pool and more stunning views of mountains and Banderas Bay.

Beautiful property nestled close to everything, but is still nice and quiet too. Very easy to get to beach or your favorite bar or restaurant in Zona Romantica. The property had everything my wife and I needed to fully enjoy our stay in PV. The view from the unit was great and even better from the roof. You will have everything you need here if you like to prepare your own meals too. Host was very communicative, even giving more additional information on the things around the property. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back!

This condo is in a great location, quiet, well equipped, very clean and comfortable. I did make a suggestion to the owner to replace the couch. It’s very uncomfortable. The only other thing which is out of the control of the owner… The rooftop pool is great, but there is a lot of street traffic from the main road behind the condoso it does get very loud. Overall, I would probably rent the condo again.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay in the condo! Thank you for mentioning the couch - I am in the process of shopping for a new one - it's a bit of a challenge on space but I will be updating it. As for the noise, the traffic noise is minimal - and honestly, anywhere in PV is going to have noise. Some condos deal with construction, barking dogs and roosters - on top of traffic.

We spent 11 nights here. It’s a secure building with an elevator. Close and very walkableTo beach, restaurants, stores. Condo was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, hosts were responsive, shower water pressure was amazing! Loved our balcony and the view. Super convenient to have a washer and dryer. We didn’t use the rooftop pool but it does seem nice and peaceful with loungers and a great view. We walked nearly every morning around town and malecón, then spent the late morning and afternoons at the beach. Evenings we found entertainment and dinner. Would certainly come back!

Apartment was in a great location, walking distance to everything while not being in too noisy an area. Extremely clean, as someone who was on a multi-week trip the laundry machine was super helpful. Balcony and rooftop pool provide great views and a relaxing atmosphere.

Location and Unit Were Great

The unit was clean, had plenty to feel comfy in, we loved the rooftop area and the location was great. It was close enough to the beach and town, but not too close to where we could hear too much commotion. We would definitely stay again.

Such a nice place to stay. Modern and clean. Beautiful view of the ocean. Hosts were responsive and helpful! I felt comfortable and safe there. Also very quiet but near everything.

Fabulous Get Away with an Amazing View!!!

This wonderful cozy condo is the perfect place to escape to and enjoy the best part of Puerto Vallarta! Just a few steps to the best restaurants in PV and the best beach as well! It has amazing views of the ocean and the mountains!! The owners are most helpful and the property is very reasonably priced! We definitely plan to return to this gem near the jungle!

My partner and I enjoyed staying here and I would recommend for one or two people. The hosts were very quick to reply to our questions and were very helpful. We loved the pool at siesta time and would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Great stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here! It’s on a quiet street away from the noise but still close to all of the restaurants and bars! Easy to walk everywhere. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The balcony has great views at night. Charlotte was very responsive when I had any questions. I will definitely stay here again!

PV Bliss

We have stayed at a few other places in the Romantic Zone but this particular ambience was the best. We were able to really relax and rebuild. No stress in communication and we were able to navigate the hills. People were friendly and so kind. Loved our little vacation! Thanks so much.

Great Location and View

We loved our stay here. John couldn't have been more helpful and quick to respond to all emails. There is a wonderful spacious terrace to sip margaritas on while enjoying the marvelous view. It was a terrific location in walking distance of restaurants, the Saturday market, and lovely stores. Definitely try Jorge's Hideaway, practically next door, and Coco's Kitchen for breakfast. I highly recommend this rental.

My wife, Charlotte, and I are from Portland, Maine. I first discovered Puerto Vallarta by accident at age 18 while on vacation in Mexico City when we decided to take an overnight bus trip adventure to the coast. Upon landing in Puerto Vallarta I instantly fell in love with it. Later I was fortunate enough to be able to return with my wife. We booked a condo in Zona Romantica, very near to Casa Carlota , and never looked back. Year after year we returned, addicted to the beauty and amenities of PV. Finally in 2013 we decided to buy our first Mexican Condo. We eventually discovered a great pre-construction opportunity at Bella Loma, we finalized our first condo, Casa Tesoro Escondido in 2015. In 2016 we came across an great opportunity to purchase Casa Carlota right next door and with one year of rentals under our belt, we went for it again! We oversaw construction of Casa Carlota and meticulously applied years of personal experience renting in the area, our experience with our first PV condo and previous professional experience in rentals, construction and real estate in Maine to create a wonderful home and superior rental experience. We currently visit our homes in paradise two to three times a year. We hope you will enjoy Casa Carlota as much as we do!

Casa Carlota is centrally located to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife that Puerto Vallarta is famous for, yet all the while tucked away at the terminus of a very quiet and peaceful dead end, residential street. As we purchased pre-constructions we were able to design the finishes and furnishings to the highest quality.

Bella Loma is a smaller condo association with only 17 units. This allows for the amenities of a condo, with a bit more privacy. Typically there will only be one or two other guests on the pool deck. It has a friendly and family run feel. Built in 2015 it has modern amenities and feel but at a much greater value than other new condo developments in the area. The location is optimal, tucked away at the terminus of a dead end only 2.5 blocks to one of Vallarta's most popular beaches, Los Muertos, only one block to Olas Altas shopping and European styled cafes and bars and only minutes to restaurant row on Baslio Badillo and the boardwalk and Downtown.
