Keynes Cottage is nestled towards a corner plot with an outlook to the front of Mill village to include a public green and tennis courts. It’s wooden floor boards and inglenook style fire place with wood burner, makes for the perfect country retreat all year round. Located only a 5 - 10 minute walk from the main spa facilities and onsite restaurant.

GROUND FLOOR
Downstairs provides a WC, open plan living and dining area to seat 6 people and a compact kitchen with all the essential utensils to fully cater for its occupancy . Double doors lead onto a south facing veranda and small bridge enticing you over the stream to Mill Village green.

FIRST FLOOR
Comfy carpets lead upstairs to 3 bedrooms comprising of 1 twin room, 1 children’s bunk room (2’6″ beds) and 1 double room with en suite bathroom, providing a white suite with an over the bath shower. There is a further family bathroom providing a walk in shower and a pretty white suite

We have a spa onsite with a bracing outdoor eco-pool, naturally filtered by water lilies. There are two more 20m heated pools – one indoor and one outdoor, a steam room, a sauna and a technogym. Treatments are also available at the spa.
We have Tennis and MUGA counts onsite along with our lakeside nature reserve which is comprised of eight lakes, two rivers and miles of walking trails.

You will also find The Activity Hub onsite and they manage all the equipment hire of bikes, canoes and kayaks - there's something for everyone!

Modern wall mounted electric heaters throughout. Towels and bed linen provided. Travel cot and highchair are provided, however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cot. Free Wi-Fi. One allocated parking space, overflow parking. On-site bike and canoe hire, shop and restaurant (seasonal opening hours).

All our properties at Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds and Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.
