Ce charmant appartement, élégamment rénové, est synonyme d'élégance et d'environnement unique!En fait, l'appartement est composé de deux petits appartements, dotés de climatisation et tout le confort dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour magnifique et inoubliable!
"Giripaso" dispose de 3 chambres doubles, 3 salles de bains avec douches et 2 cuisines, où vous pourrez cuisiner en utilisant des cuisinières à induction modernes.
Dans nos cuisines, vous pouvez utiliser notre "Machine à café Nespresso" pour le café, le micro-ondes, le grille-pain et la bouilloire.
En effet, Nos clients, pouvaient se détendre et s'amuser dans le petit mais confortable patio de "Giripaso".
Ce charmant appartement est le meilleur choix pour les grandes familles ou groupe d'amis, car ici, tout le monde, grâce à tout le confort, a sa propre vie privée.
"Giripaso" est très proche du centre historique de Florence. En outre, l'appartement est très proche de "Gare Leopolda" et du célèbre théâtre de "Maggio Musicale", où se déroule la connaissance du monde.
Si nos clients aiment marcher ou courir, ils pourraient s'entrainer ou se détendre dans le plus grand parc naturel de Florence, "Le Cascine", à quelques pas de "Giripaso".
Dans la zone près de "Giripaso", il y a beaucoup de restaurants et de bars.
Les supermarchés les plus proches sont:
- "Super Di Piu" dans la rue Benedetto Marcello
- "Carrefour" dans la Via Il Prato
En 10-15 minutes à pied, vous atteindrez les principales attractions de Florence. La gare Santa Maria Novella dans le centre, vous pouvez également utiliser le service de tramway.

Fantastic experience!!

What an awesome place!! The pictures don’t do it justice. The first apartment has 2 bedrooms with a large bed in each room. He even had a crib/play pen for our baby!! The 2nd apartment is set up like a studio apartment but has 1 large bed and 1 twin bed (in the photo where you see a kitchen table there is actually a second bed) I wish the host would update the photos to show people there is more than 1 bed in that 2nd apartment so people know. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need except salt and pepper. No need to bring a hair dryer because he has a great one there! It’s so close to the center of Florence that you can easily walk there or take a quick cab ride. Overall we had a great experience staying here and would recommend this place to everyone looking to be super close to the center of Florence. Make sure to download the app WhatsApp to communicate easily with the host.

It's like renting a 3 bedroom hotel for a lower price

It's not easy to find a 3 bedroom with 3 full baths in this area. This apartment satisfied my requirements. We are a group of 5, 2 couples had their own bedroom and bath and the single has her own as well. Our common place where we hangout is the kitchen with a small dining table. There's also a small table in the patio. We were greeted warmly by our host Matteo. He explained everything we need to know about the apartment and the city like good restaurants and transportation. The location is perfect, 15 min walk to the main train station and Duomo. We feel safe to walk in the morning and night. There are restaurants and stores nearby. You could call the local taxi a day before departure for airport service and they arrive on time (6am for us). Here are some feedbacks not criticism to improve the apartment: Add more towels to each bedroom, a mirror outside bathrooms will be nice and an exhaust in the bathroom next to the kitchen. Thank you for the coffee, it's a good start of the day.

Florence sports event stay

This apartment is absolutely perfect for 2 families to stay and enjoy Florence, within easy walking distance of the town center and the main train station and tram links. It is clean and well-equipped fort eating in and close to restaurants, bars and take aways. The property manager is very helpful and available at all times before and during your stay.

Un'esperienza fuori dal comune

Mi sono recata a Firenze con un gruppo di amici in occasione del Firenze rocks festival ed abbiamo deciso di pernottare in città. La casa di Matteo è situata a 10 minuti a piedi dall'arena di Visarno e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, rientrando all'interno di un punto strategico per alloggiare in vista di una vacanza a Firenze. La casa è tenuta in modo impeccabile, molto accessoriata (utensili da cucina, piatti, bicchieri, tazze, calici, fuochi ad induzione etc), molto spaziosa e comoda per un gruppo discretamente numeroso di persone (7). Sono presenti 3 bagni molto comodi, un atrio interno in cui poter stendere e prendere un caffè all'aperto. È presente una sorta di dependance con 2 posti letto, bagno e cucina che permette di avere una particolare privacy nonostante si stia viaggiando in gruppo. "Comodità" è la parola che descrive al meglio la casa. "Gentilezza" è quella che connota perfettamente il proprietario, sempre disponibile, presente e interessato al comfort degli ospiti. In assoluto un'esperienza fuori dal comune. Consiglio caldamente l'appartamento ed indubbiamente sarà la mia prima scelta se dovessi tornare a Firenze.
