Upon entering, to the left, you’ll find a spacious and bright living-dining area featuring a sofa, Smart TV, coffee table, and a dining table that seats six. Two large windows offer pleasant views of the avenue and fill the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this space and includes modern appliances and all necessary utensils.

To the right of the entrance is the first bedroom, furnished with a single bed (43" x 75"), a TV, wardrobe, chair, and a full en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room also features a small balcony overlooking the building’s quiet interior courtyard.

A hallway from the entrance leads to the other rooms. On the right, you’ll find a second full bathroom with shower, followed by the second bedroom, which includes a double bed (53" x 75"), TV, wardrobe, desk, chair, and a large window that brings in abundant daylight.

At the end of the hallway is the third full bathroom, also with a walk-in shower. To its left is the third bedroom, which features a double bed (53" x 75"), TV, wardrobe, and a cozy armchair for added comfort.

The apartment boasts an excellent location — just minutes from the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella and many of Florence’s top attractions. A nearby tram stop provides direct connections to both the airport and the central train station, making arrivals and departures fast and hassle-free.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
