Great location, comfortable and spacious

This apartment is directly on 28, the tram line for selfies, and walking distance to Bairro Alto and the main shopping district. The apartment is spacious and comfy. Keep in mind that it is on the 4th floor, with typically steep stairs going up. Think of it as free exercise after those pastries… the property team is super responsive over WhatsApp and the whole check in is smooth. I would give the place 4 1/2 stars, and the deduction is simply because the apartment is aging. It doesn’t detract, but just be aware that this the case. We enjoyed our stay, even though it was in the middle of a heat wave…

Dissapointing

Unit wasn’t ready at check in (after several messages on my end), and overall everything inside was stained and gross. All furniture has stains, food on it, sticky dining table. One of the 3 beds was on a completely sunken with a broken frame and out of order. So realistically this only sleeps two. Area was great but there was food splattered on the walls. There are better options.

L'annonce disait 4ème étage sans ascenseur. Pas de problème, nous avons l'habitude. Sauf que les marches étaient très hautes et surtout très pentues. L'escalier ne pouvait contenir qu'une seule personne car étroit en plus. Heureusement qu'aucune personne âgée ne nous accompagnait. La chambre en duplex avait un grand lit, dommage on n'a pas pu l'utiliser car il y avait un faux plafond dans cette chambre ainsi que dans une partie de la salle de bains du haut et qu'en faisant 1m85, on ne pouvait pas se tenir debout. Pas de rampe entre le salon et cette chambre, donc très dangereux. Peu de rangement pour les affaires, manque de tiroirs. Salle de bain du bas vieillotte, flexible de douche et meuble gondolé par de l'eau. L'appartement est grand mais il faut le rénover : murs sales, housse de canapé couleur beige qui traîne sur le parquet donc la couleur est passée au gris. A l'aéroport, nous avons appris que la machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas. Si on l'avait appris quelques heures avant, on aurait pu prendre d'autres vêtements. Personne n'est venu pendant 6 jours essayer de la réparer. Nous avons dû aller à la laverie automatique qu'on a refusé de nous rembourser (c'était pour le principe). De plus, si cet équipement figure dans la description, il doit fonctionner. Seul point positif :la chambre du bas était à l'écart de la rue donc calme. La description devrait être plus précise sur les marches à monter (et être en forme) et sur la hauteur sous plafond de la chambre et salle de bain du haut (à 1m85, la tête touchait bien et on ne pouvait rester debout sans se pencher). Cher pour ce que c'était. Nous avons été déçus.

Alt var som det skulle være.

Vi elsker at bo lokalt - så dette sted bar helt perfekt. Både inde og ude! Gå afstand til mange ting og sporvognen nr. 28 to min væk! Vi fik set meget af Lissabon på vores korte ophold. Tak til udlejerens venlige, hurtige og præcise respons.
