Charming fully renovated apartment located in a lovely area in the city center of Baixa, Lisbon, with 120 m², tastefully furnished, fully equipped, with capacity for 5 people.



This is a fantastic apartment in a historic building in Baixa Pombalina with a lift, with a large living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a balcony. It has internet access, TV, air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room only, fans in the bedrooms, central heating, towels, bed linen, amenities, hair dryer and iron.



The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.



Professional and sanitised cleaning with certified products, following the latest international hygiene guidelines.



The location is very central, you can walk to any place in the centre of Lisbon or you can take one of the many public transports available in that area to various parts of the city or to the beautiful beaches of the Cascais line or the Costa da Caparica.



If you need help planning your stay, we'll be happy to assist in organising any services. We are your local partner and guide to create your unique memories and experiences.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous kitchen with more than you would ever need! Very spacious with lots of room to spread out! The location was perfect…right in the center of baixa…easy walking to restaurants and differerent sites! Ver quiet too! Easy check in, very helpful and friendly. Great help in setting of tours! Nice bottle of wine too! Would stay here again!

Amazing location

Everything about our stay was lovely. Good air conditioning and it is hot In July. The kitchen was great for what we needed and the living area was comfortable and spacious. Luis helped arranged transport to and from the airport,An excellent tuk tuk tour with a great guide, Carlos, a trip to Sintra with a private guide, through Sofia. All completely excellent and picked us up at our door. We would definitely stay here again!

Lisbon Vacation

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. The location is great; we were less than a block from many areas and it was central to walk to most attractions. The communication from the owner from the time we made our first reservation through our stay was very good. Recommend as a place to stay when visiting Lisbon.

Old Lisbon

Centrally located in old town. It is within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Lisbon. Martin set up a Tuk Tuk tour for us. The tour took us to parts of Lisbon that we wouldn't have gotten to on our own. When we come back- and we are planning on coming back we plan to stay here again.

Beautiful refurbished apartment, very spacious. This apartment was immaculate, in spotless condition. Comfortable furniture and bedding, great decor. May have ruined me for future stays. Set the example that 5 stars should hope to meet. Wish I could have stayed longer

Great location in old town Lisbon

The apartment is in a really good location. It is a 2 minute walk to the main pedestrian thoroughfare and many of the attractions are easily accessible on foot from the apartment. The windows and shutters are also extremely effective at keeping any outside noise out. The apartment was also very roomy and comfortable for 2 adult couples. Check-in was easy as Luis was awaiting our arrival and very efficient. He also volunteered to let us leave our bags at the apartment on the last morning post checkout time to let us go for a final mooch before leaving for the airport. If we return to Lisbon I would try to stay there again.

Clean, spacious apartment near shopping areas.

My husband and I stayed here for 10 sexy summer days for our son’s wedding. Luis the manager sat down with us and explained everything he also walked through the apartment with us. He was professional yet friendly, courteous. Check in was at 2pm and our flight landed at 9:30, Luis accommodated us and was allowed in @ noon. He also responded to our text, within a minute.

Magnifique et simplement parfait !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants (10 et 11 ans). L’appartement est très grand, il y a de la place pour tout le monde. Le salon/salle à manger était absolument magnifique et très bien décoré ! Nous n’avons manqué de rien! Et que dire du bel accueil et des très bonnes suggestions de restaurants de Martin! Merci encore ! Il nous a même organisé un tour de tuk-tuk! Les enfants ont adoré ! L’emplacement est génial. Tout se faisait à pied !

Beautiful apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. It has countless amenities, it’s very roomy, the kitchen and bathrooms are updated, and it is tastefully appointed. It is in a fabulous location that felt very safe, and it is walkable to most everything, yet it is very quiet. Luis is an impeccable host. If we return to Lisbon, we plan to stay there again!

Could not have asked for a better stay

The host met us and gave amazing recommendations for restaurants. He was helpful and timely. The stay itself was great. The apartment was clean, has a large living space, and two large beds which was a great find for this area at the time we were looking. The location was safe at all times and walkable to SO much. Highly highly recommend this stay for anyone looking!

Best apartment in Lisbon!

This apartment is absolutely amazing. The owners/managers have remodeled and furnished this place spectacularly. It is spacious and well appointed. The location is second to none as you are in the heart of Lisbon…shopping, dining, sightseeing. We are so grateful to Martin and Dinora for their warmth and friendliness towards us. They had fabulous recommendations for food and entertainment. Do not miss going to listen to Fado…recommended by Martin. Also, take a half-day Tuktuk tour to see the city from a broad prospective. The hosts will recommend and assist with all of this. Thank you so much for this lovely apartment that we plan to come back to again!
