This little Prescott getaway cabin is a gem! Karen was super responsive with our request for a somewhat early arrival and answers to all our questions. The cabin was appointed with everything one might need and the setting was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay!

What an amazing, cozy, and clean home! My wife and I enjoyed our stayed and felt very warm and cozy. It’s nestled back in a woody area and comes with everything you need. Lots of books, games, and information about the area. Very conveniently located near downtown, Fry’s, and great resteraunts. Highly recommended and will be back again!

Me and my wife spent a week it’s everything as advertised and more although being in town it was very quiet and easy to go do anywhere you wanted to almost everything was a short drive away

We had an amazing stay in Prescott. Loved the cottage and Dave and Karen were excellent, responsive, kind, caring hosts. Our accommodations were just as listed and even better in person. The quaint cottage was welcoming and private. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay. Highly recommend to others.

Words cannot express how much we loved the cottage and all the special touches the owners Karen and Dave provided like an album of all the places to go and resturaunts to enjoy in the area.This will be our go to place whenever we stay in Prescott.

Cottage hidden in the woods, but close to everything!We spent two months here with our dog. The cottage is small, but it has everything you need: comfy beds, a well appointed kitchen with good pots and pans, good lighting (this is important to me - I detest dark kitchens and bathrooms!). There are three private outdoor areas, including a roomy covered lanai with a large grill and plenty of seating. I honestly cannot think of a single negative. Karen was a joy to work with, as were her cleaners, and Scruffy loved walking in the "woods". The Cottage is a true hidden gem.

This was our 4th stay at this property. We enjoy it that much. Over many years, my wife and I have stayed at well over 30 short term rental properties worldwide. Almost all are rated 5 star, but we've found there is still wide variability. Make no mistake, this property is truly 5 star (we'd rate it 6 if that were possible). At least two things set this property apart. First, it is the best equipped property in our experience, especially related to the kitchen. The knives are numerous and actually sharp! The dishes are plentiful and unblemished. The other standout is what we would call homey-ness. It's a very inviting environment.

Wonderful Weekend Trip

Wanted to get out of the heat and relax for a weekend and this cabin was perfect place for that. Close to restaurants, shopping, and activities, the place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed!

The cottage was everything you could hope for. It has a very relaxing decor, well laid out floor plan, several outdoor sitting areas and all the little amenties that are often forgotten.The location is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but just a short drive to get downtown.The hosts are very helpful with any needs or recommendations but not intrusive.
