WELCOME OHVers! 1650 sf condo, free canoe/kayak, fishing rod & tackle use!

Large and inviting creekside lodge condo only a 2-minute stroll from perfect Lake San Cristobal…Four bedrooms, two full baths, plus a huge loft with couch, love seat, fireplace and huge LCD TV! Sleeps 10 comfortably. It is located in an exclusive lakeside community on Slumgullion Creek (firepit right beside the creek!) and is only 200 yards from public access to Lake San Cristobal.

The main level has the living area, large updated kitchen, full bathroom and two private bedrooms, each with queen beds (1 with DirecTV/DVD). The lower level has a master suite (with DirecTV/DVD) and bathroom, washer/dryer and bunk room with 4 twins. The upper level is the cozy loft with 65" LCD TV with DirecTV/DVD, gas fireplace, couch, love seat and chair, and a queen bed. Strong Wifi service throughout the unit for streaming.

Ride out onto the Alpine Loop directly from the condo without having to trailer. And there is plenty of room to park your trailers ~100 yards away. Ask about DeLoach Cabin only about 100 yards west!!It also sleeps ten.

Relaxation and riding trails

We enjoyed the location and the accommodations were very nice. We brought side x sides and spent most of our time on the trail system. There are a lot of stairs involved in our unit so keep that in mind. Combine it with the altitude and it can war on you.

This condo was great, and had everything we needed! Our grandkids loved going to the creek. It is literally right there. It’s closer than I thought it would be from the description. I loved my early morning walks to the lake. The view is gorgeous, and if you go down the road early in the morning you can see the mountain reflecting in the lake!! The bunk room was perfect for kids! We were there first week in June- so peaceful! Loved our time here!

Wonderful stay on the lake

We had a fantastic time at this charming condo. The beds are comfortable, the pillows and linens are clean, and the kitchen is well-appointed… and the location is amazing. We especially appreciated access to canoes and the lovely fire pit next to the creek. The owners/property managers were great to work with, and they contacted us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was great.. and it was!

The DeLoch property in Lake City is fantastic. It had all the amenities we needed with quick access to the Alpine Loop. We all enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Great Family Getaway!

The property owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. This is a great stay for multiple groups of family members because of the multi levels. We really loved it! The kitchen was a perfect community center. We had family dinners every night. The upstairs got a little hot, but it was pretty warm weather during our stay, and it was just a family room, so no one had to sleep up there. We would stay here again.

Location was great!

Great property, great location! The only reason I didn't give an overall score of 5 stars was because the oven and washing machine didn't work properly. Im sure they are easy fixes and will be fixed in no time! Highly recommend staying here.

Great Place to Stay in Lake City

Google maps is a little funky with the actual address, so make sure to look out for signs directing you towards the Inn - I'd recommend putting the GPS coordinates or a pin link on the VRBO site. We all enjoyed our stay and all the spices and cookware were nice to have. It's a bit outside of town which is slightly inconvenient, but more than makes up for it with the lake and mountain views! Owner was easy to communicate with and we didn't have any issues with the property.
