We enjoyed are week long vacation and the description was very accurate and communication was great. Diane was fabulous and super knowledgeable about the area and what we needed for a smooth check-in process. We really enjoyed the pickleball, swimming pool, beach access and use of golf carts to get around with ease. We would definitely come back if we find ourselves in the area again.

Was a beautiful house with wonderful amenities. Wish it was closer to the beach but the golf carts were great. Our host was very helpful and always available for any questions. I highly recommend this property for a large group

Thank you for the lovely review. You had a particularly Hot and surprise storm week stay. I get why you mentioned the 3 blocks to the beach with those sudden storms. Hopefully the game room at the house , and indoor pool along with the other amenities in the gated community made up for those couple of storms. People love the convenience of pulling right up to the sand in the golf carts.

Perfect Home for a Large Family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home had every amenity needed and Diane was very accommodating. The house was very comfortable and we loved the front porch, deck and bottom patio. Our only wish would have been to be closer the the beach. Wonderful stay!

Most of our guest say the 4 minutes on our golf carts to the beach is a favorite part of their vacation, next to the convenience of getting very close to the sand with the beach "stuff" on the carts. But I suppose if it rains, closer would be better to get back to the house quicker. And you did have some rain! Thank you for taking the time to review and stay safe.

Beautiful beach house

We loved this house and will definitely rent again in the future. Plenty of space for our families to separate and come together as a whole. Everything you need is available for the beach, cooking, family time, etc.

Extended family stay

We had a large group of extended family stay in this beach house and we had an amazing time! We enjoyed the golf cart rides to the beach, the pools & splash pad in the neighborhood & the ping pong table in the garage! The check in was very easy. The house was clean & had everything we needed to stay in and cook. We all really enjoyed our week at this house!

It was nice and clean and came with everything you might need for a beach vacay! The mattresses were very comfortable! I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family. Dianne was amazing to work with! We would definitely stay here again!

Our best stay yet!!!

We love traveling and normally book a vacation rental because we have small kids and it just makes life easier. This property has been our favorite for so many reasons. The location was great, very clean, had everything you need for a beach vacation in the garage. If we ever go back to Myrtle Beach area we will try to get this property again!

Great week!

Awesome communication with owner who is close by if there are any concerns. Golf carts are great for the beach trips and evening rides through the community. Great quiet community, kids loved the game room in the garage. House was clean, great space and comfortable.

Wonderful House

We had a great vacation in this beautiful house!! The house was able to accommodate our large family without us feeling like we were on top of each other. The amenities are wonderful. The house is not the closest to the beach (which we knew) however, it was fun to take the golf cart and ride through the community! I highly recommend!!

Beach trip with family

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was clean and in good working condition. The homeowner was very responsive and timely during communication. She worked hard to make sure things were satisfactory. For my family- by the end of the trip i had decided that I would prefer to be a bit closer to the beach.... but the golf carts were handy for this and I felt the cost was appropriate.

We had a beautiful stay at Diane's lovely beach home. It was the perfect space for our party of 13, lots of room to spread out and the multiple living areas helped give the adults and kids separate spaces. The golf carts were great and helped tremendously with getting around the community and to the beach. It's about a 5 minute drive to the beach. Loads and loads of beach chairs and beach toys. No need to bring anything of your own. Diane quickly addressed any issues we had. A great time was had by all and would definitely stay again!

The house was amazing. It was very close to everything you need. Such a beautiful property. Especially liked that we were able to shiffle some things and store our bikes in the garage. We did have a friend who was handicapped that came along with his wife and they loved the downstairs being so open and accessible for him. I do wish there was a small ramp leading in and out of the doorways, but we managed with what we brought. I recommend this place for anyone.

Great location and great for large groups

Loved the location of the property. Short drive to Myrtle beach and Murrells Inlet. Nicely furnished and overall very clean. Community felt safe and was quiet. The kids loved the golf carts and all the beach supplies. We also enjoyed our ping pong and corn hole battles. The outdoor pool with splash pad was great as well. Only complaints would be the floor seemed swept but not mopped before our stay, the kitchen supplies could use some updating (no nice plastic plates or kid-friendly supplies/ needs new cutting boards and some of the stuff just needs to be gotten rid of) I’m spoiled by often staying beach front but golf cart to beach wasn’t bad.

Hi Emily. The housekeepers do wet mop the floors. However that day you came in I did not get the chance to check because when I came back you were in and said it all looked great.i apologize for that. They typically do a great job. I agree things are in there not everyone would use. However, I get told often how pleased there were 3 blenders, a juicer, crab pot. . I’m curious as to what you considered “outdated”. I certainly don’t want that. First time I’m hearing that. Everyone cooks on vacation differently. Your point to keeping plastic plates and kid friendly juice cups is a great idea. There are only 1 or two of them there. I will add that to the house.

A group of three families were down for a baseball tournament in Georgetown. Even though it ended up being 40 minutes away, this house was worth it. Excellent communication from Diane during the entire process. We used the golf carts, ping pong table, foosball, and bicycles. The house had everything imaginable even including the margarita glasses. We went down to the baseball fields on site and practiced and the boys played basketball. Definitely recommend and will book again in the future.

Perfect Family Gathering Spot

This house was great! We had 7 adults and 3 little kids 4 and under. There was EVERYTHING we could imagine for us here! The kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of utensils and plates. The rooms were a great size. The 2 kitchens, 2 washer/dryers, and 2 golf carts were key for our family, the lower level was great for evening game night and the outdoor area was fun too! Oceanside Village was a great area for kids with the splash pad area and 2 pools and the beach was a short golf cart ride away! The golf carts, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas are provided was awesome! We did not need to bring any extras in the car it was great! Overall, this property is wonderful, Diane was great to work with, very responsive to texts. I would stay here again and recommend this property.

Thanksgiving trip

This home was okay. The owner worked easily with us however the amenities weren’t exactly as they were described. One of the reasons We chose this house was the game room that was pictured on the website. However it ended up being more of a storage area. There was no room to play the games and there were dead bugs in the area where they must have treated. It was not cleaned out prior to our arrival. Also the golf carts and bikes that were advertised for our use were not all useable. Only 1 golf cart worked and there were 3 bikes that couldn’t be ridden due to flat tires and no brakes. The master bedroom was nice but the furniture in the living area was old and literally had boards in between the pillows. The neighborhood was nice and safe but doubtful we would return to this home.

Hello Rick, This is a very interesting review. Especially since I had called to ask if everything was as expected. I even checked that edible arrangements delivered since I was not in town to check on things personally. I have 3 other golf carts available at all times in the event one has an issue. If there was a problem, you did not call to tell me. I would have had it there within an hour. As for the bikes, there were 9 bikes there and 6 are promised. I need to know if brakes aren’t working on a bike. They are cruisers so not sure how brakes wouldn’t work. Regarding the “old” Furniture and boards under the pillows? I am not aware of any boards under pillows. Noone else has mentioned it either. In fact, I’ve asked my winter couples to check on these boards today and they tell me there are no boards under cushions. I do agree the 9 bikes , 12 beach chairs hanging , boogie boards, etc in the 2.5 garage do seem like a storage area at times but in the summer people welcome all those items they do not have to transport to the beach. We’ve never had a golf cart have an issue without getting them another within an hour at most. We won’t know if there is a problem unless you let us know. Those palmetto bugs are part of South Carolina and are dead because they come into the garage and die because we exterminate often. I am sorry you had unfavorable experience. It’s a first for us as we try to please. That’s why we take the time to check on our guests. We will take your review into consideration and check on those bikes. Golf carts were working fine week of Christmas when friends stayed there.

Golf Trip

Property was advertised. Very nice and clean. Great location and lots of amenities. Golf cart ride to the beach and grocery store less than 1 mile. The property owner went out of her way to accommodate us when we had flight issues.
