Damas Villa es una villa espaciosa, de alta especificación, de 3 dormitorios y una sola planta con una zona de piscina muy privada y muy cerca de la aldea chipriota de Emba. El amplio salón cuenta con 2 puertas de patio dobles que conducen a la piscina privada donde hay una zona de comedor cubierta al aire libre, además de tumbonas y una zona de barbacoa incorporada. Todos los 3 dormitorios también tienen puertas de patio directamente a la zona de la piscina. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con un lujoso baño en suite que incluye una bañera grande y dos lavabos. Los otros 2 dormitorios que son dobles y gemelos tienen baño compartido con ducha. La cocina de planta abierta ofrece una nevera-congelador de estilo americano, lavavajillas, horno con encimera halógena y microondas, además de un lavadero con lavadora y secadora. La TV inteligente de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas en el salón tiene un reproductor Blu Ray y una caja droide que le brindará TV terrestre (incluidos los canales del Reino Unido) y un banco de más de 3000 series y películas modernas. Had a lovely vacation at villa damas we had a couple of hiccups within our stay but had them resolved.only concerned is we stayed 3 weeks and didn't get a linen and towel change? Villa was excellent for my family

Lovely villa and pool in a quiet residential area. Well situated in charming village. Try the local taverna (Tsiokkos). There is a warm welcome and good value typical home cooked food.

Lovely bungalow in Emba

On arrival we were really impressed with the size of the property and the suitability for multi-generational living. We especially liked all the outdoor seating under cover to enjoy the beautiful weather. The location was perfect for us with car hire. Thank you.

Lovely villa

Beautiful clean villa. There was help whenever we needed it at the end of a phone, any problems, of which there wasn’t many, were soon resolved. Need a car as amenities not really in walking distance, but that wasn’t a problem. Overall a beautiful place to stay.

This holiday villa is exceptional it is absolutely huge inside and the pool is big and warm, the pool cleaner comes twice a week and is extremely helpful about places to visit and eat at. You need a hire car but there are also local supermarkets and shops within 5 mis walk,the local shops are just up the street as you come out the villa door and turn right on the street cross a bit of waste land and you are at the shops. Bigger shops a 2 min drive away coral beach is 10 mins away in car and is perfect for the while family. Richard the host communicated with us throughout the process and we are looking to re book for next year in the same villa.

Lovely Holiday

This is a lovely villa in a quiet location in Emba village. There are a couple of tavernas nearby and a large supermarket is not far. A car is essential. Also, this villa does not have a welcome pack, so remember to stop at a kiosk on the way for some water and essentials.

Empa Villa

Good roomy villa in a quiet area. A bit difficult to find at first (at 1am when we arrived) but the Lat and Long coordinates got us there as signage on the streets are not the best. A/C in all the rooms was a big plus as was the well equipped kitchen. Plenty of chairs, tables and loungers around the pool area but the grounds need a bit of tlc to control the weeds etc. Overall a good place to stay, we were only a couple but it would be a good family villa as the pool has a shallow area and easy access by steps.

Villa Damas

The villa is really lovely and well equipped. We had milk, tea, coffee, sugar, water, bread and butter on arrival which is great when you have a late flight and nowhere to shop. The pool is maintained twice per week by a lovely team who recommended so lovely places for us to go. The garden was also maintained whilst we were there. The BBQ is great! We did this one evening. Not to nit pick as the villa was mostly clean but the negatives would be is that it needs a deep clean. Inside cupboards need bleaching as one I looked in had dirt and spiders in and kitchen equipment seemed not very clean. Also the bedding needs updating as pillow/mattress protectors looked like they’d never been washed and were all stained, maybe the mattresses too as found them very hard but some people might like that. The sofa is a bit grubby being white but I’m sure it would come up clean if wiped over. The towels seemed old and crusty too. The property manager is quick to respond. We locked ourselves one evening and that was sorted very promptly. Thank you Simon. Overall a really nice quiet place to stay and everything about a 10-15 minute drive away. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely villa, could be a great one.

We followed the directions provided, unfortunately we chose direction set A, which focused on a key landmark which no longer exists, Steki tavern. A local man helped us after we simply could not work out where we were going. The villa is spacious, the pool and outdoor area is lovely, and the area is quiet. We were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the property, whilst we can’t claim it to be filthy there were areas where dust and spiderwebs, with spiders, were present, including the kitchen cupboards. The corner cupboard facing the dining and lounge areas has had tea or something similar spilt in it, looks to have been there a good while. The lovely cream sofa looked very grubby. A good deep clean throughout the villa would really elevate it. Maybe lack of attention to such detail was why there was not one cleaning cloth provided, whilst I don’t expect consumables to be provided I would have thought one cleaning cloth could have been provided. The rules posted in the kitchen are very clear about keeping the villa, utensils etc clean, maybe provide the basic means to start this off from day one. The en-suite bathroom toilet had not been flushed, after a long day of travelling, difficulty finding it and a consequent migraine, arriving at the villa to use the bathroom and finding someone else’s faeces staring back at me was too much and I was sick. Not great when no cloths were provided.

I was looking for a luxury property as a holiday treat for my wife's birthday and we had waited three years for this. On the website, the pictures looked stunning, but on arrival we were hugely disappointed. There was absolutely nothing in the villa, i.e. no cleaning products, nothing even to get you started with laundry, only a handful of tea bags and sugar sticks, not even a pint of milk, just long life capsules that looked as if they had been there for ages. Nothing was clean, so first job was €40 of cleaning products from the supermarket. Then the cockroaches started appearing, first in cupboards and then scuttling around the floor at night. Then we had a 2m snake in the garden which wouldn't go away. After the first night, I woke up covered in bites, so my wife stripped the bed only to find that the pillow protectors were filthy. The top 'sheet' turned out to be a duvet cover which was also covered in stains. In this Covid era, this is totally unacceptable. This property could potentially be stunning with some diy and some love and attention to detail. Parts of blinds propped up in corners, broken tiles and old curtain poles in wardrobes is shabby. Very sorry, we will not be staying here again or recommending it. Luckily our second week was on the outskirts of Paphos. For half the price we got luxury and lovely personal touches.

Leider waren wir von der Unterkunft sehr enttäuscht. Alles ist sehr, sehr abgewohnt und das gesamte Haus macht einen sehr unpersönlichen und vernachlässigten Eindruck. Einige Dinge sind defekt ( Jalousien gebrochen, Gardinen zerrissen..) Das heiße Wasser funktionierte nicht zuverlässig. An einem Morgen liefen plötzlich 2 Männer ( wohl Handwerker) unangemeldet über das Grundstück und fingen lautstark an zu arbeiten.es gab 7 A4 Seiten mit Vorschriften aber leider keine Hinweise zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Oder Restaurants.Wir haben daher das Haus 3 Tage früher verlassen.Keine Empfehlung!

Home from Home

Had a delightful stay in Richard's villa. Villa is spacious, well laid out, well equipped. Has every TV channel you could ever need. The air conditioning is effective. The pool is a good size and has lots of outdoor seating options. I made good use of the large coal BBG. Located in a quiet village, it was very peaceful, but only 10 mins from drive from all the major attractions. Richard was a gracious host, unphased by a problem I burdened him with on the day of checkout. If I return to Paphos again next year, Villa Damas will certainly be at the top of my list for a revisit.

Stay in May 2022

Lovely property- we were there before you really need the air conditioning but every room seems to have one! The pool was lovely and clean, filters come on about 8.24 am. and 2.24 pm. for a few hours. Was also a lovely temperature. As the days got warmer to the end of May we sat outside until going to bed and it’s one of the quietest properties we have ever stayed at. You need a car though. Couple of Tavernas in Emba both ok - but lots of great places to eat just a few miles drive away. Fridge/freezer will adequate temperature wise was not providing ice or water as it looks like it had had a problem. We notified the owners and hopefully they will fix it.

Very quiet.

Lovely villa, nice area, cleaning could have been better, but once we had done the cleaning it was fine. Not far from coral bay of the harbour, car recommended. Pool very cold. If you want a nice relaxing holiday, this is the villa to do it.

Manger/Support

Wir warten sehr enttäuscht über den Service und Kommunikation mit dem Manger. Jede Immobilie hat seine Macken, hat uns eigentlich nicht so gestört. Nur die verantwortliche Person ist nicht auf unsere Probleme eingegangen. Unseren Reklamationen/Aufregungen wurden von Ihm einfach ignoriert und auch nicht beseitigt. Die Immobilie ist klasse. Wenn uns jemand fragen würde, ob wir es nochmal hinfahren würden, hätten wir "Ja" gesagt. Lebensmittelgeschäft erreicht man zu Fuß, ca. 7 Min. Ruhige Lage

Beautiful holiday villa

We had a wonderful time in Villa Damas. It is beautifully decorated and feels like a home, rather than a rental property. It is located on a private and quiet road. The villa was spotlessly clean inside and out. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The pool is perfect in size with plenty of chairs and loungers to chill all day. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped with all that you need for a pleasant stay. There are plenty of towels provided and a laundry room complete with washing machine and dryer if needed. We had a very relaxed holiday and would highly recommend this villa to anyone considering a stay in Pafos region. We had a car and everything is at 10-15min drive which is just perfect to explore local beaches and areas. Welcome pack includes useful info and communication with property management was great throughout. Highly recommended!

Great Time

The property initially I suspect was quite a way from the town. However once you have studied the navigation it is only 2 miles away by car. Great sized pool which is set to a good temperature. Instructions to enter the villa are clear and straight forward. Overall a good stay and am planning to potentially book next year again.
