Ce charmant condo de deux lits / deux salles de bain peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 avec un canapé-lit gigogne. Pour votre visite, le condo est aménagé avec des draps, des serviettes de bain, des ustensiles de cuisine, de la vaisselle et de l'argenterie. Apportez simplement vos vêtements et magasinez à proximité pour tout ce dont vous avez besoin.

Il y a une connexion Wi-Fi (évaluée à 30/2) et 3 télévisions avec service de câble: 60 "Smart 4K dans le salon, 60" SMart 4K dans la chambre principale et un téléviseur 30 "dans la 2ème chambre. (Il y a également deux clés Amazon Fire TV, une Apple TV et un lecteur Blu-ray.)

Une cuisine entièrement équipée s'ouvre sur le coin repas (6 places assises). Le salon s'ouvre sur le balcon ouvert et ensoleillé du 5ème étage - un endroit idéal pour voir plus de la vue imprenable sur l'océan. Le grand balcon a 4 chaises en osier et deux tables. (Ajoutez les deux chaises pliantes rangées à l'intérieur et une famille de 6 personnes peut dîner à l'extérieur.)

Island Club est une propriété de 25 acres en bord de mer dans le quartier Folly Field de Hilton Head Island. Il a une sécurité 24/7.

Le complexe Island Club possède des ascenseurs, un centre de fitness, des courts de tennis, deux demi-terrains de basket-ball, plusieurs piscines communautaires, une terrasse privée et des tables de pique-nique avec des grillades. La plage est à quelques pas des dunes basses.

En dehors du Club, Hilton Head Island est une communauté dynamique. Il y a beaucoup de choix de shopping, une multitude de terrains de golf et d'autres centres de tennis, et de nombreux restaurants et bars, formels et informels.

We really enjoyed our stay for our first visit to Hilton Head. The location was great—we loved being able to easily walk to the beach. The home was very clean and much more spacious than we expected too. We will definitely stay here again for future stays in Hilton Head!

Great stay

This unit was very nice and clean, well equipped kitchen and great view from balcony. King bed was firm, we are used to very soft memory foam mattress so not ideal but not terrible either. Island club property is nice and well maintained. The pool area was nice but often very crowded. We will definitely look to stay here again when returning to HHI.

Perfect getaway w everything you need

Comfy and spacious for our family of 5. The balcony gave us gorgeous views. The property was so nice with a great pool and tennis courts, easy access to the beach and a cute park with games. I wish we could have stayed longer! The property owner was so nice and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful condo / resort.

Wonderful visit , we loved the resort and condo. The condo view and location was perfect. Only negative was the Condo kureg did not work and couch / bedding was very old. But overall we loved it! We plan to return.

It was a lovely place to stay with a beautiful view. The vibe and openness of the condo was great as well! he island club is a really lowkey and nice place to stay on the island. The only bit of imporvement the condo needed was closer attention to detail in cleaning, showers were a bit unlcean and there was dirt and uncleanliness on some parts of the floor and in areas that just take a little longer to clean. There was also a pretty big stain on the comforter in the secondary bedroom. I am pretty picky with cleanliness so keep that in mind. All in all i still recommend staying at the place, it was also end of season, but the cleaning staff should keep this in mind.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Could use updating on furniture and kitchen items but we were there for the view! Reminder to those that come- there are no salt and peppers , beach chairs, coolers or any beach items. Management company provided beach towels which was nice. We would return for the view and deck!

Better than Expected Experience

This was the first time we have been to Hilton Head and it was absolutely perfect. The space was very clean. The view of the beach was perfect. The sunrise and sunsets were amazing. It was also easy and quick to get to where we needed to go but secluded enough to enough our quiet time all hours of the day. The pool and playground was also very easy to get to with my 2 year old. We would be interested in booking again in the future!

Wonderful Condo with Beach views

The Condo was perfect for our family of four. Plenty of room for my kids, my husband and me. Our 13 year old son had a slightly larger bed and space to play on his VR. My 8 year old daughter had a twin bed perfect for her and her stuffed animals. All the beds were comfortable and had plenty of clean sheets, pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of space to prep meals. The Condo was stocked with plenty of nice towels, washrags, dishrags, soap, and other convenient items. The complex was quiet with respectful neighbors. It had plenty of activities for everyone. Would definitely recommend this Condo. We have already booked again for next year!

Never got the chance

As we checked in our traveling companions noticed black mold in the closet very allergic so had to move. Will say the owner was very apologetic and we found another condo in the same building through the mgt company. The resort overall is wonderful with lots of pool space and a great beach

An unfortunate event! We’re pleased that our managing agent was able to move our guests to another condo before they’d unpacked. Although the patch of mold was small, allergies are serious and the disruption to our guests is regrettable. We’re pleased that our agent was able to deal with these issues promptly, and that our guests were still able to enjoy Island Club Resort. (It turned out that the moisture came from condensation in a cracked exhaust vent in the ceiling. This was fixed right away.)

Loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We are a family of 5 and stayed for 5 nights. The location is perfect. The beach access and the pool are both a short walk, and the view from the balcony of the ocean is amazing! You also have a close view of the playground, which was nice to let our older kids go down to play and we could watch them from the room. The furnishings and fixtures in the condo are slightly dated, however this did not matter to us and we were already aware of that by seeing the photos on the listing. The property manager was very easily reached and helpful with any questions and gave great recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again! Helpful hints- there is no beach gear, but beach towels are provided.

Good location. Property manager called twice to check on our stay. Same day response for a problem we had with a bathroom. Bathrooms and main surfaces clean. Could use a deeper cleaning of baseboards and vents. Living room furniture could be upgraded. Poorly stocked kitchen outside of dishes and starter pack of cleaning supplies. Need more washcloths—1/person/week is not enough. Gate and office personnel very helpful!

Location is Beautiful, But Beds Need to Be Replaced

The location and view are beautiful and the unit is very spacious. Our family had plenty of room and there were nice starter items like soap, paper towels, etc. which was very hospitable and appreciated. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and it was quite noisy during our stay, but that's more of a construction issue and not something the owners control. The beds need to be replaced and were uncomfortable, and the sleeper sofa could not be used because it felt like laying on the springs. The living room curtains have deteriorated and don't close fully which made the living room too bright for sleeping. Don't know what all the management device in the living room is monitoring, but that felt a bit invasive without more information. These adjustments would drastically improve the overall experience, but it's a lovely place.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry that you had concerns during your stay. Our maintenance people are dealing with the issues. You also mention a concern about what a 'management device' in the living room is monitoring. Please rest assured that our apartment has no guest 'monitoring' devices. The device you noticed is a PointCentral lock controller. Our managing agent (like many property managers) uses PointCentral devices to control front door locks remotely. This device helps ensure secure access and convenient, contactless check-ins and check-outs for our guests.

June 2023 Hilton ahead trip

We spent a week at the Island Club as we do almost every year and we had another successful and fun trip. The place was nice, clean and had a great ocean view. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, bedrooms had tvs with cable(which was somewhat difficult to locate) and apps to login to if you desired. 5/5 overall and a few minor updates to bathroom fixtures and toilets would make this place even better. Everything works but the shower fixtures are tricky and touchy to land the right temperature with very poor water pressure while another makes an awful high pitched noise. The toilets could use new tank parts to assist the slow flushing. Not going to ruin the trip but certainly could be improved. We’d definitely stay in either way and enjoyed our trip as always.

This beautiful spacious property is as described with a beautiful beach in walking distance, a big balcony overlooking the ocean and deserves 5 star but their property management company is poor in service. The entry code was not received from the property management but the host had sent a message that i will receve details soon.. right after that i received a mail from VRBO with a misleading "here are your keys" subject leaving me complacent. We realized only at the door we didnt receive the passcode. After 1 hour struggle at the door in sweltering heat, we received the entry code to the door. When we entered, the dishwasher was dirty and most plates, bowls in the cupboards were soiled. We had to wash them again. Rest of our stay was very pleasant. We enjoyed every minute. If i go to Hilton Head i will definitely stay again in this property - hopefully their service and cleaning improve. The cleaning fee they receive is a wasted money, at this point. In 2022 i have stayed in the same building on the 3rd floor which was so clean and i never had any issue with the entry code or any other service issue. Not sure if the management of each unit could be different.

The location was great and the property was really pretty. The condo had almost everything we needed - there wasn’t a sheet pan to use in the oven and the knives were very dull. Other than that, the beds suited us, the view was lovely, and the beach and pool were great for our family!

Lucky Charm

We had a fabulous time during our fall break stay on the property! The condo was exactly as pictured and we had a problem with the tv's not working properly that was fixed within a day so great service and communication. UT defeated Alabama the Saturday we were there and now we think HHI is our "lucky charm" and are planning on coming back the same time next year!!!! Thanks for the memories!

Island club Hilton Head

We enjoyed our stay (family of four). The kitchen, living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all exactly as the pictures showed. The washer/dryer system was convenient and worked properly. The balcony was great and the views of the ocean were breathtaking. The owner was responsive and friendly. The property management company was helpful. Upon arrival, I did have to clean one bathroom more thoroughly as there was a used soap and some residue in the shower. The dining chairs were dated and need a good cleaning as well. Aside from that, we had a wonderful trip and I would recommend staying here for a visit to Hilton Head!

Chicago based, we first visited the Low Country in 2012. We stayed at several seaside towns in South Carolina and Georgia. We then discovered Island Club, at Hilton head Island, and kept going back.

Island Club worked really well for our family, giving us all we wanted from a beach holiday, without compromise.
- the well groomed apartment complex is across the dunes from the beach, which is great for swimming, dolphin watching, beach combing etc
- the resort has abundant tennis courts, pools for all ages, a fitness center, and a half basketball court.

And outside the complex gates, Hilton Head and the Low Country have so much to offer - more beaches, wild life refuges, plenty of boating, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, Savannah, Beaufort, Charleston.

We looked at a number of Island Club condos. We particularly liked this condo for its welcoming decor, great ocean views, and its 5th floor (top floor) location, which means that the view is that much better. Its balcony is larger than those on lower floor condos, and has no ceiling.
