Beautiful location

Beautiful location, quick helpful responses from host, cleanly. You definitely need a car to stay here, it’s up a winding road for 30 minutes from the nearest small town. Wish we had stayed here longer, would definitely book again.

If you like a quiet place after touring the Douro Valley this is it. The outdoor sitting area was super at night.

The view was incredible, the welcome Porto was really appreciated. We really enjoy our stay except for the roasters that wake us up at 5:30am, don’t understand why they are in the basement, this was really annoying.

Beautiful view

The view was absolutely amazing. We took advantage of the fireplace and enjoyed that. The rest of the house was adequate. The furniture was not very comfortable. We cooked dinner the night we were there, and it was a little challenging to wash pots and pans in the tiny sink. Check in was a little late - at 4 pm - especially when only staying one night.

Geweldig uitzicht en mooi huis met zwembad

Echt een mooie plek om met een groter gezin te verblijven in de Douro vallei. Communicatie met eigenaar verloopt heel soepel. Snel reactie op vragen. Echt een aanrader!!

moeilijke wegen leiden naar mooie plaatsen

Men zit daar op een schitterend uitzicht. Maar met de wagen is het een hele inspanning.(die het waard is.) Ook het zwembad is verzorgd. Enkel te gebruiken op hete dagen. Echt aan te raden voor wie eens iets beters wil buiten het klassiek toerisme.

Vue spectaculaire au milieu des vignes du Douro

La maison se trouve sur le sommet d'une colline entourée de vignes. L'accueil est extrêmement courtois, les propriétaires très avenants et très attentionnés. La maison est grande, la vue est spectaculaire. A partir de là il est simple de partir et de rayonner dans toute la partie Nord du pays. La collection d'horloge du propriétaire est passionnante, demandez à la visitez en RDC de la maison. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance, ce mois d'avril car la pluie était au rdv, mais nous avons pu faire d'agréables feux de cheminée, les propriétaires mettant à disposition du bois chaque jour. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison extrêmement propre, et fonctionnelle (beaucoup de vaisselle très utile) et une cuisine où l'on peut cuisiner. Vraiment merci pour la gentillesse des propriétaires. C.ALVES
