Nuestro condominio es mejor que nuevo. Combinado con un $ 2. 5 millones de renovaciones de edificios durante el invierno 2016-2017, hicimos una renovación completa en nuestro condominio en el sexto piso. La vista desde el balcón de la esquina de gran tamaño no puede ser mejor. Esto es lo que hicimos durante nuestra renovación ...

Nueva baldosa de porcelana en todo el piso.
Nuevos gabinetes de cocina con puertas y cajones de cierre suave, fregadero frontal con delantal de acero inoxidable, encimera de granito y salpicaduras de azulejos de vidrio
Todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable (pizarra) GE
Baño ampliado para aumentar el espacio.
Se eliminó el combo de bañera / ducha y se reemplazó con una ducha de azulejos en la ducha
Nuevo tocador hecho a medida con lavamanos de vidrio y baldosas de vidrio contra salpicaduras
Ventiladores de techo añadidos a dormitorio y gran salón.
Todos los muebles nuevos, incluidos los muebles de balcón.

Disfrute de espectaculares amaneceres sobre el Golfo de México desde el balcón extragrande (9 ’x 24’) de este piso 6. Privado de propiedad y condominio en esquina administrado ubicado en la playa del Golfo de México en South Padre Island. La pasarela en la parte frontal de la unidad ofrece vistas de la isla / bahía, de modo que también puede disfrutar de las puestas de sol en la bahía. Esta unidad de 1 dormitorio, 1 baño ofrece algunas de las mejores vistas de toda la isla. La sala de estar extra grande tiene 2 sofás cama tamaño queen que ofrecen arreglos para dormir para 6 personas.

La piscina, el solárium y el jacuzzi están ubicados en el 3er piso y también ofrecen vistas despejadas al golfo, y su exposición al sur los mantiene al sol durante todo el día. También hay un gran jacuzzi SOLO PARA ADULTOS en el lado norte del edificio, a solo unos pasos de nuestra puerta principal, que ofrece vistas al golfo desde un ambiente de pérgola.

Este condominio proporciona acceso directo a la playa desde la planta baja y acceso controlado al edificio y al área de estacionamiento.

The pictures don't do it justice. The condo is beautiful, clean, very nicely decorated and comfortable. We felt very welcome and enjoyed every minute of our time there. Perfect! The balcony on this unit is worth every penny. My husband and I watched the sunrise every morning from that big balcony with a spectacular view. The kitchen was equipped with everything you may need. Quiet, cold A/C. I will come back every year from now on.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at this condo for our 35th wedding anniversary. Everything was as advertised and Brian, our host, made the entire process very seamless, from check-in to checkout. Brian was even thoughtful enough to have champagne and a cheese and fruit tray waiting for us upon arrival along with a card wishing us a Happy Anniversary! The condo itself was in excellent condition with such a great view of the ocean. We chose this location due to it being away from the busier south part of the island but when we wanted to go explore those other parts, the free shuttle was so convenient. Was an overall great experience and would highly recommend!

Beautiful condo with all you need to enjoy your time there. Very clean and well equipped! Fun decor every where you look that shows a love for the sea and its creatures. The beach area was as promised… quiet , clean and well maintained by SPI beach staff throughout the day. The view from the balcony was great .Brian was easy to work with and checked in daily to be sure all was well. Very friendly.We enjoyed the area restaurants . Lots of choices and types of food. We visited the turtle rescue and bird/alligator sanctuary. Nicely done and informative. This was the first time for us in this area of the Gulf. We loved it!! Hope to be back again and for longer. Thank you for your hospitality Brian and Peggy Sue!

This property is amazing! Beautifully decorated, spotless, and the view is incredible. Communication with the owner, as well as check in and check out, was smooth. The kitchen is stocked with any kind of dish or cookware you might need. And the closet full of games and beach accessories was a welcome plus!

The condo was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Because this is a corner unit the balcony had beach views from the front of the balcony as well as the side. We spent a lot of our time there enjoying the view. We would highly recommend this condo to friends and family. It will not disappoint!

Great place

This was a great condo and extremely clean. It had all the kitchen essentials that you need! The deck and view are better then the picture and the owner helped us if we needed any questions answered.

Great Getaway Stay

We have stayed at numerous units at the property but none as perfect as this one. Clean and well decorated with all the modern convivences of home. Great location with amazing views of the beach. Don't miss out on the sunrise view its beautiful.

Best SPI stay yet

Easily the best SPI condo we have stayed at. We stayed at 2 others in Inverness that weren’t even close as well as others on the island. The unit was beautifully decorated and the kitchen well stocked. The host couple clearly treasure this unit and it comes through in every detail.

Relaxing stay with a great view of the beach!

The condo is nicely updated and the view is unparalleled. It’s also very walkable to some good food options and shopping. One note is that the bed is a little noisy and may keep up light sleepers. Other than that our stay was delightful!

Weekend getaway

This was our second stay at the condo. It is the perfect place for a couples retreat. Very clean and nicely decorated in a beach theme. Despite being stuck inside for a day because of Hurricane Hanna we had a great time. The view of the crashing waves and wind was great. We will be booking again.

Perfect in every way!

The location right on the beach was amazing! The balcony was spectacular- great furniture and what a view! Now for the condo - it was recently remodeled and is super beachy chic! We loved everything about it! By far the best we've seen. We will definitely be back!

South Padre Anniversary Retreat

We enjoyed our stay, from the amazing balcony view of the Gulf, to the location which is walking distance to restaurants and shops. The condo is beautifully decorated and filled with all of the comforts you could hope to have. We made use of the beach chairs, beach towells, umbrella, and enjoyed hours on the beach, just steps away from the property. The hosts were welcoming and provided great instructions prior to our visit. Would definitely stay there again.

Some of our guests fly in from out of state and are not able to bring these items on the plane. Michael and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Peggy Sue did a beautiful job decorating. The ocean breeze on the patio was awesome. Another plus is the Island Metro stops right outside the building and it provides free transportation on the island. Thank you, Brian and Peggy Sue, for letting us stay in your place.

Best Condo Right on the Beach

I have stayed in this building several times before but not in this privately owned condo through VRBO. The condo has been beautifully updated and decorated and has everything you might need. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the owner Brian made sure we were all set throughout the whole process. Condo is right on the beach with amazing views. We will be back again soon!

Relaxation Station

This is our 2nd time staying at Brian and Peggy Sue’s condo. Perfect place for a relaxing couples getaway! The views are stunning and the beach access is very convenient! Jennifer, Thank you for your 5 star review of our condo. We are getting more and more guests that have stayed with us previously. We've had one couple that have been with us 5 years in a row. We bought and remodeled the condo as a place for us to retire to. We also think the location and views are perfect, and we are sharing it until we do retire. This condo was fabulous! The views were just as stated. We enjoyed the quieter beach and the proximity to Clayton’s and Wanna Wanna when we wanted more noise. Getting around the island was easy from this condo.My favorite place was the balcony! Beautiful views and people watching from the sixth floor kept me quite entertained if we weren’t at the beach.Brian was easy to work with and answered all of my questions. He checked in to make sure all was well while we were there.This condo is certainly worth your consideration!!

My wife and I got our education in Texas, got married in Texas, and gave birth to our daughter in Texas. Then I started working as an engineer in the automotive industry and we moved to Michigan where we lived for about 25 years. I retired from that job and we moved back to Texas to get away from the snow, and to be able to ride our motorcycles year round. We love South Padre Island and wanted a place for family to come visit. This is our home away from home.

We chose this condo for several reasons.

First, the section of beach in front of the building is less busy than other areas of the beach. Public beach access in this area is limited, therefore the beach does not get very crowded.

Second, this area of the Island is quiet and peaceful, but you can easily walk North or South for some excitement. Clayton's Beach Bar is only 0.7 miles to the North, and Wanna Wanna is less than half a mile to the South.

We especially enjoy the sunrise while drinking our morning coffee on the balcony. Since we are located on the North corner of the building the views up the island are fantastic, and you can even see the fireworks show every weekend in the summer.

The building recently completed a $2.5 million exterior renovation that includes new railings, new paint, tiled walkways, elevator improvements, and access gates to the inside parking areas.

Our corner balcony faces the water and gives views of the beach, and the island to the North. This is a great place to sit with a fresh cup of coffee and watch the sun rise over the Gulf. From the front door you can see the island and watch sunsets over the bay. During the summer, weekend fireworks shows can be seen from both the gulf side, and the bay side of the condo.
