Mahalo for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful view, but we would like to clarify a few of the concerns mentioned. Prior to your stay, we explained that we do not provide beach umbrellas due to safety concerns with Maui’s strong and unpredictable winds. The umbrella you found in the closet was not an amenity provided by us and should not have been left there. Regarding the beach towels, when you contacted us, we showed you where the towels were located in the unit. The concerns regarding cockroaches and the loft fan were never reported to us during your stay. We always ask our guests to contact us right away with any issue so we have an opportunity to inspect and address it. After receiving your comments, we performed a more thorough inspection and found no evidence of bugs, and the loft fan was inspected and found to be operating properly, as well as the tv and remotes. We certainly would have addressed either concern immediately had we been notified during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and are happy you enjoyed the beautiful view and your time on Maui. We were not notified that you were having issues with the shower until you emailed us at checkout. We did apologize and let you know that we would have sent maintenance over during your stay had we known sooner. Napili Point C12 is a direct ocean front, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo steps away from famous Honokeana Cove and just a short distance from world famous Napili Bay and Kaanapali Beach. We hope that you captured many moments and enjoyed the amazing Maui sunsets from the private lanai. Mahalo

While this unit does not have AC, the high ceilings, ceiling fans and spacious living area provide lovely air flow from the direct ocean front breeze.
