Moderno ático-dúplex de un dormitorio con una gran terraza privada chill-out de 52m². Disfruta de una magnífica ubicación, junto a la plaza Alfalfa en pleno centro de Sevilla, a menos de 10 minutos a pie de la Catedral.

En la planta inferior se encuentra el salón amueblado con sofá, mesa de centro, televisor, mesa-comedor extensible y sillas.

Para quién les guste la música podrán disfrutar de un equipo Hi-Fi.

Junto al salón, y con entrada independiente, está la cocina bien equipada con los utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios. Con lavavajillas y lavadora.

Un pasillo conduce al dormitorio decorado con tápiz reproducción única VERDURE DES FLANDRES (G.B.) Edición d'Art de Rambouillet company. Con dos camas individuales juntas, amplio armario empotrado y ventana.

Junto al dormitorio se encuentra el cuarto de baño, revestido en mármol y con plato de ducha.

Desde el salón, las escaleras suben a la planta superior con una terraza soleada.

La terraza está decorada con plantas naturales y muebles de jardín (Skyline Design Furniture): tumbona, mesita de centro, sofás-asientos de exterior, toldo y mesa de comedor - un lugar ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del sol de Sevilla. Hay también una bicicleta estática para los más deportistas.

This place was fantastic! Such a beautiful place with comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen and stunning rooftop terrace. Also, having a washing machine was helpful halfway through our vacation. And the location was perfect. Close to fun bars and excellent restaurants and a short walk to major sites like the cathedral. Miguel was an excellent host and made it very easy to check in and out. Would stay here again, highly recommended.

Beautiful stay at this apartment in Seville - the view from the upstairs terrace was amazing! Owner was super helpful- after a terrible rain storm most of the roads into the city were closed. He came to the airport and picked us up - he was so nice not sure how we would’ve arrived that day without his help! Thank you Miguel!

Interesting apartment with great location in a cool part of the old town, far enough away from the more touristy areas but still close to everything. Great comms, v. clean and comfy; great roof terrace.

The apartment is in a perfect place to explore Seville. Spotlessly clean and great communication from Miguel meant accessing the property was easy The place had everything we needed. Rooftop terrace was superb. Definitely recommend this property!

Miguel met us at the apartment and showed us around. It is his apartment and it shows in the attention to detail. Everything was so clean. It’s a big apartment for a one bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked which was important to us as we stayed a week. The terrace was wonderful. We used it at all different times of the day and really enjoyed having some outside space. The neighborhood is very quiet but a quick walk to all the highlights. I would highly recommend staying here!

Really excellent accommodation very close to tourist spots

This is a very high standard of accommodation centrally located but also quiet - it’s the ideal for us ! The booking and access was easy and helpful. You have all the modern conveniences in the apartment and there is a great roof patio to relax when it gets too hot. Really recommend !

Great host and beautiful accommodations!

Miguel was the perfect host and went above and beyond to help us with our check in on Monday during the power outage. He drove with us to the train station to help with our rental car drop off and went grocery shopping with us, made sure we had candles and checked in with us the next day to be sure the power was restored. We loved the apartment, clean and comfortable and close to everything we wanted to see!

Amazing stay

The apartment was perfect for the two of us. Walking distance to many areas and an easy Uber to everything else. The private rooftop was amazing and Rosario was great with any questions we had.

Special apartment in a fantastic location

We spent five days in Sevilla in this lovely apartment in the rain! It was perfect! Everything we needed was there including a couple of umbrellas! The apartment was an easy stroll to everything we wanted to see in Sevilla. I doubt you could find a nicer place to stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality Miguel.

Wonderful Stay in Sevilla

We had a great stay in Sevilla at this apartment. Upstairs terrace is just as the pictures show along with a functional apartment big enough for the three of us during our stay. Very safe and secure building off one of the narrow streets in town. Very responsive and helpful hosts Luis and Rosario made our stay a breeze and we'd stay here again next time to Sevilla. Location is close to the main parts of town to explore along with nearby restaurants and grocery stores.

Sevilla apartament w/rooftop terrace

Apartment was very beautiful , chic with lots of personality. Loved our stay here. Small suggestions would be to provide shampoo, conditioner, bath soap or gel, wash cloths (towels were provided), and at least one throw blanket for cuddling up on sofa. Miguel was extremely attentive to our needs when asked questions…he responded promptly.

Absolutely perfect location to stay in the old historic neighborhood, Santa Cruz. Apartment was very new and very clean with modern amenities. Gorgeous bAbsolutely perfect location to stay in the old historic neighborhood, Santa Cruz. Apartment was clearly newly.bathroom with a great shower! Highlight was the private terrace on the roof. Great to come back after a long day of sit sitting, relaxing with a glass of wine gazing at the church steeples and rooftops. Excellent communication. Five star stay all around!

Fantastic apartment in the heart of the old town!

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. Coming from Britain, where it had been cold, rainy and windy for weeks, we were delighted with the glorious sunshine in Seville, and we made the most of the stunning roof terrace. It really is as big as it looks in the photos! The views are amazing, the seats are comfortable and we loved spending time reading during the day and enjoying a glass of wine at night. The apartment is very centrally located, less than 5 minutes walk from a supermarket and bars and restaurants, and very close to the Cathedral, the Alcazar and Las Setas. We found that everything, including the train station, was within walking distance. The check-in process was very straightforward - Rosario met us at the apartment and was very friendly and helpful. This was our first trip to Seville, but it won't be our last, and we will definitely stay in this apartment next time we visit this beautiful city. Gracias!

Perfect Honeymoon spot

My wife of 30 years and I were overcome with youthful romance at this idyllic apartment. The private rooftop is the best place in Sevilla to go at night with a bottle of vermouth and a bowl of olives. We’d stay there well past midnight, pinching ourselves over the beautiful views of Sevilla. The air is perfect, the lit domes and spires of the town are magical, and Venus shown bright every night. It was April so the temps were perfect. The kitchen is more than adequate, the bedroom is nice, and the living space is very comfortable. We wish we’d known about places like this when we were 30 years younger. If you’re thinking about honeymooning in Sevilla, you can’t do better. It’s very close to centro and nightlife, and a very good Flamenco bar is a few doors down. Yet, in the narrow streets and the apartment it’s surprisingly quiet even though lots of action is just a few hundred feet away.

Wonderful Sevilla property

The apartment was lovely. Felt like home as soon as we walked in. Miguel was very helpful with recommendations and overall very responsive. The rooftop terrace is beyond! The view during the day / night is beautiful. Overall can’t say enough about the property and Miguel. Definitely recommend.
