Lovely house in a peacefull village

House is located in small village Stifanici,12 km away from Porec(main touristic town in Istria)where you will find all large supermarkets and shopping centre.It has just been refurbished from the old staple so all the furniture is brand new.
Very peacefull,with great views ,house offers complete relaxation for your family.Village is situated in the middle of Istria therefore it is ideal for exploring the whole peninsula.There is a whirlpool with all the outside furniture .Best beaches are close by.Truffle towns of Motovun and Groznjan are only 15 km away.If you are cycling the bike route passes through the village.It is very warm in the winter with the floor heating all around,fire place(you can bbq there) and 2 powerfull air conditioners.In summer ,it keeps cool with 60 cm thick walls.Walking routes begin at your doorstep.

Perfect house for couple with pets

Nice house with all you need for a relaxing vacation. Very clean and well equipped. Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the external space but surely in the hot evenings it is an additional advantage. Position is perfect to visit many towns and also to go to the site. For pets there is a big forest close the house to do long walks. Our dogs and we have passed a good week. Last, Danilo is a perfect owner much available to help us for any needs.

Eine kleine Oase

Wir haben fast 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus aus Naturstein mit vielen liebevollen Details verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es fehlt an nichts, inclusive deutscher TV-Sender und einiger Bücher. Mit seinem herrlichen Pool ist es eine kleine Oase, in der wir nach Wanderungen, Radtouren und Ausflügen gerne zurückgekehrt sind. Die Handtücher wurden in unserer Zeit 1x(pro Woche) gewechselt und bei dieser Gelegenheit wurde auch der Pool sauber gemacht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar ( per Email / SMS). Zum nächst größeren Supermarkt, ein kleiner ist in der Nähe, ist es zwar ein Stück zu fahren, aber das kann man mit anderen Aktivitäten verbinden. Insgesamt haben wir unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen!

Nette Villa, ruhige Umgebung

Ein wirklich nettes Häuschen, alles perfekt eingerichtet. Wir haben die Zeit trotz Schlechtwetters sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder einmal her. Unserem Hund hat es auch sehr gut gefallen, gute Spazierwege für Hunde in der Umgebung.
