Everything you might need is either there already, or the owners next door will provide it. A perfect base for exploring the Perth countryside, or just the historic connection of Beatrix Potter; or just to watch from a window a red squirrel feeding. You're hardly more than a stone's throw from the A9, and yet you don't hear the traffic.

We had a lovely week at the Coach House.
We had a lovely week at the Coach House. Mark and Trish were great hosts and there was everything you could need in the cottage, which was very comfortable. We really liked the local area. There were a range of interesting walks from the doorstep and Birnam/Dunkeld are lovely towns. We would definitely recommend the Coach House and would love to stay again.

The Coach House is well located for walks and amenities, the main bedroom upstairs is massive and very comfortable, we enjoyed watching the squirrels and birds in the garden, we had a lovely time. Whilst it didn’t bother our dog people maybe need to know there are hens in the next garden and the road up to the house can be difficult if cars have parked in the passing places.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the enclosed garden was great for our dog.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the enclosed garden was great for our dog. The outside table and chairs were in a lovely sunny spot. An easy walk into Dunkeld where most pubs, cafe etc are dog friendly. Loads of walks nearby, so we barely used our car. We'd have preferred a more powerful shower, and though it didn't affect us as we didn't eat in much, the fridge is on the small side and there wasn't much kitchen storage space for food. We'd definitely return for another stay.
