The property was lovely, just what we needed for our anniversary stay with our two doggies. Fiona was so welcoming with an anniversary card, fresh strawberries, cakes, shortbread and even treats for the dogs along with lots of other thoughfull extras in case we had forgotten to bring anything. The house has a lovely cozy feel, and isimmaculately presented. Ideally situated for the town and also trips to the wider area. A real home from home.

This cottage was a lovely place to stay, welcoming and supported by the kindest and most helpful host I have ever experienced. The welcome pack and present for the dog were very appreciated. In addition, communication regarding local road closure and diversion made a long journey much easier.

The Butt n Ben was excellent. lots of wee surprises placed around the house. Great description on how to use the appliances, all electrical appliances (PAT) tested. We stayed for 1 week, next to bus station, restaurants and shops. What more could you ask for.Liz and Phil

Very well appointed, good location and very well equipped and clean. Nothing was missing! The cottage is small with high ceilings and nice solid feel to it. Everything I tried worked well. The bed was comfortable and it was a great base for visiting friends in Blairgowrie. Parking was convenient, tho the street is narrow and it was quiet at night. Fiona was very friendly and helpful and access and arriving were very straightforward. The few items in the fridge were also very helpful :)

We had a great stay here. The host had wonderful communication before, during, and after our stay. The place is cutely decorated and well stocked. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. There was a dedicated parking spot that was convenient. The area was really quiet while we were there. This was a convenient home base for day trips to Dundee and Glamis.

Wonderful place for one or two people. There were so many nice touches: bits of history, fun The Broons books, well-equipped kitchen with coffee, milk, bread, and treats provided. The location is perfect, with a bus stop across the street, and town center a quick walk over the bridge. Everything you need for a home base in Perthshire.

Spotless accommodation, well stocked and equipped with everything needed for a short stay, Tastefully decorated, with touches of a Scottish Theme. Attention to detail excellent, welcome pack and pet friendly with a welcoming pet goody bag. Fiona was an excellent host, with communications from booking to arrival. Central but quiet location. Stayed Hogmanay into the New Year and the cottage was decorated for the festive season. Nothing not to like, and would recommend and return to this quaint cottage.
