Beautiful place to stay out in the countryside, has a river nearby that can be walked along, and the home itself is very clean. It is also centrally located between a lot of different areas to explore the country

Previous reviews led to high expectations which were fully met.Cottage is next door to owners property but is entirely private and not overlooked. Met on arrival by owner and quickly shown around and told to let them know if anything was needed throughout stay.Property is at end of extensive farm land and in a very attractive area.River is behind property.Cottage was comfortable in every regard and is well proportioned.Although property is quite remote the nearby village of murthly has a well stocked shop .Would highly recommend this property.

Great cottage for a nice quiet relaxing stay.The cottage is dog friendly and perfect for long walks with the pooch. The wildlife life in the area is great for watching especially the deer

Lovely quiet location

Great place to stay, lovely walks by the river with the dog, abundance of wildlife…deer, red squirrel, hares… will definitely stay again.

Another excellent relaxing stay

Great relaxing holiday, perfect for dog walks and general wind down. Cottage is clean and warm with enclosed garden perfect for dog.2nd time here and definitely not last.

Had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Great hosts who made sure your stay was comfortable and they were there if you needed any help or advice. First time using a log burner which was perfect for the cold winter nights. Great garden for our boxer dog. We saw deer every morning and the views were amazing. Great walks nearby and great plenty of things to do a short car ride away. Totallly loved the cottage, a home from home and just what we needed!

Fantastic peaceful location

What a stunning location with a balcony to enjoy the wildlife and countryside in easy walking distance to the River Tay and some lovely walks. Well equipped and hosts lovely!

Amazing stay

This is our second time staying and it was even more amazing than the first! Cannot fault this place, absolutely gorgeous location, beautiful spotless home with all the amenities you could possibly need. We were lucky to have lovely weather so just sitting on the balcony listening to the birds was absolute bliss! Hosts were wonderful and friendly, thank you for everything!
