Situated just a few yards from the picturesque quayside of Wells-next-the-Sea, it is a short walk from the town centre with several shops, restaurants and popular seaside attractions. Excellent sandy beach 1 mile. Boat trips are available for visiting the basking seal colony and there are many RSPB and nature reserves within a short drive. Sailing, fishing, bird watching and walking are available from the door. Holkham Hall and beach 2 miles. Bustling Burnham Market 5 miles. Shops and pubs ¼ mile.
