Ride bikes easily everywhere from this quiet street. This home features an oversized living room, a spacious dining room with French doors, and a large welcoming kitchen that is great for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small island, Corian countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Great for every home chef. The bedrooms are spacious, with a powder room in the primary bedroom. The hall bathroom was recently renovated with a heated tile floor. Outdoor shower with hot water and private parking for one. Great green space for your four-legged friend. Enjoy our beautiful beaches, easy bike riding, and short walks to shopping and dining in this amazing home.
LOCATION: Great location! Country Club Estates is an excellent community in downtown Rehoboth Beach. It is just four blocks from the beach and boardwalk and two blocks from Rehoboth Ave.
PARKING: Private driveway for one car.
AMENITIES: An outdoor shower with hot water, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, and an electronic keypad for easy check-in.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel Cable TV is provided in the living room ONLY, smart TVs are in the bedrooms for HULU and Apps, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. There is no cable TV in the bedrooms, and there is no grill. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
