L'endroit idéal pour des vacances d'été de dernière minute, un voyage à venir cet automne ou un endroit idéal pour observer les baleines à bosse cet hiver (juste devant le condo!), Polynesian Shores a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour faire de vos vacances à Maui des vacances mémorables!

Ce condo magnifiquement rénové 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain avec un canapé-lit Queen, pourra accueillir confortablement 4 personnes. La chambre a un magnifique lit King California qui a été constamment déliré par nos clients! Le condo est livré avec une cuisine entièrement équipée qui est parfaite pour cuisiner des repas, avec de grands appareils et ustensiles pour votre usage. Il y a un parking gratuit, WiFi, télévision par câble à écran plat et blanchisserie est à quelques pas du condo sur place! Nous fournissons des draps, des serviettes, des serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage et une glacière pour votre usage. Bien que l'unité ne dispose pas de climatisation, il existe de nombreux ventilateurs de plafond pour aider à la garder au frais.

Vous allez adorer cette propriété! Il y a les terrains les plus incroyables remplis de fleurs tropicales luxuriantes, de plantes et d'arbres. Vous pouvez faire de la plongée avec tuba juste à côté du rivage et admirer les tortues hawaïennes des mers vertes qui s'ébattent autour du récif! La piscine chauffée est un endroit incroyable pour passer vos journées à vous détendre dans la brise ou à regarder le coucher du soleil! Vous trouverez également la station de grillades avec de nouveaux barbecues un endroit génial pour cuisiner des prises fraîches que vous pouvez acheter au marché aux poissons juste en bas de la route. Vous ne pouvez pas battre l'emplacement! La propriété est proche de tout, la plage de Kaanapali est à quelques minutes au sud et Napili, Kapalua et Honolua Bay sont à une courte distance en voiture au nord. Tous ces endroits abritent certaines des meilleures plages de l'île, des restaurants, des boutiques et de la plongée en apnée!

Cet endroit est parfait pour une lune de miel, des invités à un mariage, de petites vacances en famille ou une escapade tranquille. Il y a beaucoup à faire ou simplement se détendre et profiter de l'Aloha!

Not super fancy but nicely decorated. The place was very clean. Parking was nice to have an assigned spot. The location was great with views of the ocean. Keep in mind the beach is very rocky. The bedroom is next to the parking lot and since there is no AC it’s nice to have the windows open but you also hear the traffic as well. Having beach towels a cooler and chairs was so nice.

The property was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Booking and communication was excellent. Facility was friendly and inviting. The views were absolutely beautiful, would recommend this location for a family of four or less. Parking was simple, laundry was acceptable. Would recommend and will definitely stay again.

Great stay!

overall it was great! comfortable and great location. The place and everything in it (pans, mugs etc) are a little outdated. Does not have a clear view of the ocean but the grounds are beautiful and well kept. We felt safe and had fun while we were there. The pool was small but never had an issue of over crowding.

First Maui Vacation

We loved our stay, and were very comfortable in our rental. Everything we needed was provided, and the access to the pool, hot tub, and fantastic view were everything we'd hoped for! The only reason we gave four stars for "communication with property manager" was that our door lock had some issues, and after we called to explain the problem, we didn't hear back from them. We eventually figured out another solution, but it would have been nice to have some follow-through.

The condo was very clean and a great location. The view was a pleasant surprise versus the pictures. The pool, grills, and laundry machines were all well maintained. The only negatives we experienced were the mattress was fairly old, used, and uncomfortable because there were significant indents, and the AC was not on very high and it got pretty warm. I called the property management maintenance contact to ask them to help fix the AC and the bathroom fan that started making an odd noise, but didn’t receive a call back. We would stay at Polynesian Shores again but not this unit unless the AC and mattress were fixed.

I will check with the service team about not responding to your call. They take such pride in getting back to our guests with an hour or less. I do know that the bed has a foam topper on it, If we had none it was unacceptable we could've removed it for you, but we have not heard of this being a problem from other recent guests. I will mention your comments to the owner. I am a bit confused about the AC comment, this unit does not have AC. We have multiple fans, and with the windows open there is a nice trade wind breeze throughout the unit. We sincerely apologize if this was not a great fit for you this time. Warm Aloha, Jan

Cockroaches and poorly maintained

We battled cockroaches during our 15 night stay. When we arrived the fridge didn't work. We received a new fridge on day 6. This unit needs a complete overhaul. Cabinets are falling apart, tiles missing along trim in multiple areas, bathroom fan doesn't work, no water pressure, shower taps were loose, toilet seat had marks and chunks missing, pictures showed a sandy beach and there is no beach. We had to kill cockroaches daily, new hatches, mid sized and large. We had to wash our dishes before using them as the cubboards at black specs everywhere ( cockroach feces?). The property management company did everything to support us but had to wait on the owners for approval of the new fridge etc.

Great Stay in March

We had the pleasure of staying at (one eleven) in March of 2019. The unit was clean and well equipped. We did not find the road too noisy as others complained about but did have the windows closed for most of our stay. The unit is in a high traffic area during the day but any noise from the traffic (foot and car) is at the back of the unit. The grounds are well kept and the clients at least during our stay were quiet and polite. The manager from the property stays on top of things and does a great job. The unit is close to shopping and just south (walking distance about 1 km) is a great coffee shop. My wife and I spend a reasonable amount of time sitting on the lanai and watching the humpback whales in the ocean. We also used the poolside BBQ a number of times which are modern and clean. Only thing I would change is to add a hot tub by the very well maintained pool :)

We were happy with the condo. It was clean and neat. I would consider updating the mattress to the bed as it has worn past it’s time. But overall still happy with the experience and will consider staying again.

Mediocre condo, with no sandy beach access.

The condo itself was in pretty good condition. It was small, but kept up pretty nicely. The biggest bummer was the condo is on the corner of the building with a parking lot on 2 sides. The bedroom is right in that corner, making for a really loud sleeping space. There isn't any A/C, so you kind of have to keep the windows open, but when the windows are open you can hear everything in the parking lot and the street that is about 50 feet away. Don't let the pictures of the sandy beach fool you. Directly below the condo is nothing but large lava rocks. The little sandy spot shown in the picture is below the next condo over, and the tide is almost always covering it. The closest real beach with public access is about 1/2 of a mile away. The location of the condo is ok. It's not in a busy area, so it isn't really busy. That's also a bad thing because it's a long walk, or a drive to nearby restaurants and shopping.
